Phoronix, but Michael usually only posts about sever hardware.

Besides the obvious, what else should I keep in mind? Like, should I read books about physiology about male teens? What more shall I learn about badminton? Tactical mastery? Sports science?

Optimize for fun. The people who tend to do well are the people who love the sport and always have fun playing it.

Unfortunate for Yamaguchi because she'd be in consideration as WS GOAT if not for ASY. Still my favorite player though, as she's the prime example of "height doesn't matter" in badminton.

What we should really be doing is putting in efforts to improve inference engine performance for SYCL and Vulkan.

No issues with the budget carriers in Canada (flair, porter)

Funfact, the kernel does have module applications. One of them even used to be a webserver, though you can expose interfaces that achieve most of the performance improvements. That's the reason the webserver was taken out of mainline cause nginx exceeded the performance of the module webserver once kernel accelerated interfaces were implemented

If you want the lightest application, my tests show that FLTK with Rust or C++ is the way to go, tho it'll look like it's straight out of windows XP

While you're at it, you can go TEQT to save a few basis points of MER, and have the expenses go towards a local company rather than a foreign one.

The best time to move to AES-256-GCM was yesterday. The second best time is right now... If the finance companies aren't actively moving towards it, they should be held liable for losses.

Time to reindex my entire dataset I suppose. I wonder if we can extract only the text model.

This was my latest config

Many languages have it to some extent. Take a look at phonesthesia and phonesthemes

Same thing I do when I can tell my ADC isn't playing well. I ping them to back off and avoid trading in lane, then try to soak xp till my quest is done, and perma roam as soon as I have wards and t2 boots

AndreVallestero

It really shouldn't be... Runs at 5-10 fps in endgame.

It's annoying because the only problem is the settings don't go low enough. There are mods that drop the settings lower which make the game actually playable (20fps) but are against ToS.

Check out Skechers' Max Cushioning and Arch Fit line. There's a reason why these are incredibly popular with nurses (my mom owns 3 of these and prefers them over hoka or oncloud)

First limewire link I've seen in 15 years

Been using HXCN. I did the math a few years ago, and the difference over the course of my lifetime is ~$5000 compared to holding TTP or VCN.

That being said, a legislative change could flip the whole equation and make it significantly worse due to needing to liquidate and realize the gains early (or hold and incur higher fees)

Edit: also forgot to mention that the lower liquidity for these niche products means a larger bid-ask spread. For example, the spread on HXCN right now is 8c, but it's only 2c for VCN. Pretty small, but it adds up over tens of thousands of shares in your lifetime * compounding, so thought I should mention it cause no one else did.

Good content. I think we need more harness benchmarks tbh.

PI's failure was behavioural: the priority matrix loaded fine and looked finished, and drag and delete just did nothing. No console error. That's the kind of thing that gets shipped.

There's just something about AI prose and story telling that's so exhausting to read...

Did you account for the cost of interest, maintenance, repairs, utilities, taxes, HOA fees, tenant vacancy, and most importantly, opportunity?

AndreVallestero

Reminds me of what kids answer when you ask them what they want to be when they grow up: "I want to be famous"

Muji has excellent cotton PJs

Interesting that they're supporting both LPDDR6 and 5X. I'm guessing this will be validated for CXMT's LPDDR6.

Looks like it also has dual NPUs

  • MediaTek NPU 1090: 55% greater Token generation per watt, and 51% faster LLM Prefill vs last gen
  • Super Efficient NPU 2.0

This would extrapolate to

  • Gemma 4 E4B prefill  ~1,920 tok/s
  • Gemma 4 E4B decode  ~34.7 tok/s
  • Gemma 4 12B prefill  ~820 tok/s
  • Gemma 4 12B decode  ~16.7 tok/s

Which is extremely impressive and usable

They're probably paying for the phone itself too

Try to cut a bit more off food if you can, and cut your gym membership too (you'll have to make to do with calisthenics for the time being).

Most importantly, be transparent with you GF. Show her the breakdown of your take home pay, and where each cent is going. Make it clear that you'll pay her back once your high interest debt is taken care of. Put the numbers in a calculator and create a timeline for when she'll get her money back. Do monthly check-ins so she's always up to date.

If you're transparent and sincere, she'll be patient with you, since she'll know you're trying your absolute best.

It's really not designed to keep your rank artificially low. When I play on my friends account, it only takes 10 wins before I'm +34 / -12
