A medical stroke — a medical emergency that happens when blood flow to part of the brain is cut off or reduced, depriving brain cells of oxygen and nutrients. Without oxygen, brain cells begin to die within minutes

Snacks are where it’s at!

A very happy birthday to you! 🎂 🎁 🎉

It wasn’t the insurance! It was the hospital. They required all of the prep and after care for each patient. And US insurance….they barely cover a band aid most days!

Is that coating bad for u like the coating on non stick cookware?
No, it is entirely different. Enamel is a thin glass coating. It takes some special care, like not using metal utensils, not banging your spoon on the rim, and most state that handwashing is preferred.

I got a little mail today, many thanks! u/Destalena and u/BlueStripedBaker, thank you each for your postcards! u/HappyHippyMom, thanks for your card!
Andromeda921
Absolutely! The old hand drawn things are especially incredible, when you think about all the work that was put in!
Andromeda921
Any time!

And sometimes even plush animals! First responders and police in my area have a drive for stuffies each year so they can give them to children in crisis situations.

I would think stamp math on a postcard might use up a LOT of available writing space!
Andromeda921
Exactly. Some folks (not me, I stink at math!) enjoy using older stamps in fun combinations to send mail with the correct postage. I would just cry. 😭
Andromeda921
I believe!!!
Andromeda921
Excellent plan!
Andromeda921
Great! Happy (slow) cooking!

Absolutely!

I got an ancient cookbook at a yard sale in the 90’s. It has a recipe for gingersnaps that my family are all crazy about — they request my gingersnaps and practically snort them at every family occasion…
Andromeda921
Way to go on the new flair! Hopefully, creating some new stash will be pleasantly relaxing for you.
Andromeda921
YW!

There was a great recipe I posted here not long ago. Give me a sec, I’ll link it. I made it, it was delicious! https://www.reddit.com/r/slowcooking/comments/1ww27xj/down_home_split_pea_soup/

I hope so!

What a monkey! (I know, I know, orangutan…but a primate is nowhere near as cute!)

You are DEFINITELY not Jolyon’s only fan…he’s not my type, but undoubtedly hot! 😀
You’re welcome!
