Saluton!
AndyGarsia
Kutima stereotipo. Stalin mortis antaŭ pli ol 60 jaroj. Esperanto estis pli populara/konata en Sovetunio ol en nuntempa Rusio.
AndyGarsia
Do nuntempe nur tute nescivolema (pli ofte malklera) kaj neracia homo lasas malnovegan mitaron esti grava parto de sia vivo. Aparte malĝojigas min kiam tio suferigas/damaĝas homojn aŭ eĉ popolojn. Indas pripensi kiom multe da militojn okazis kaj kiom multe da homoj mortis pro religioj dum nia historio.

Well, I'm russian and I just was intrigued by your words about level of alcoholism and that everyone here wants to go westward. Believe me or not, but those statistics are way far from the truth. If you was really interested in knowing what the case is, you'd pretty easily get the info. Nevertheless I don't mind you believe what you believe.
As for anyone being scared, I'd say most russians don't want to scare any other nation. Russians in general are kind and generous people. You can check that for example by watching YouTube videos of ordinary foreigners visiting Russia. By the way there were tons of those during the World Cup 2018.
But of course I just could be one of that famous troll army of Putin. 😁
AndyGarsia
... The Russian military is a joke and couldn't win shit properly in a head-on engagement, something like 1 in 3 of it's population are alcoholics, plus almost everyone there regardless of that would run westward given the opportunity. ...
Haha, where did you find that amusing info? :)
AndyGarsia
Why? 🤔
AndyGarsia
First, he's not a newsworthy figure. I haven't even known of existence of the man until this moment. And even now I personally don't give a fuck about some distant unknown died and how. Yes, you can call me ignorant, but what you need to understand is that most of citizens of Russia aren't so obsessed of politics like Americans do. They prefer to just live there everyday life, which is pretty good nowadays. Russia is huge, you know, and Moscow and Putin are somewhere far away. You see?
Second, you'll be surprised of how much criticism and hate of Putin himself and the his government russians shows in social networks like Twitter, Facebook or VKontakte. I mean those russians who are still interested in politic life of the country. Unfortunately you need to understand russian language or use translators to see that.
Sorry for my bad English.
AndyGarsia
Confirmed by another russian. :) What those westerners don't understand is that they can see in their news only ONE LITTLE SIDE OF THE TIP OF ENORMOUS ICEBERG, which is Russia and ordinary life in the country. And media generally shows them only what they want or are inclined to see (to confirm their existing beliefs) - terrible and wild Russia without any sign of normality. Isn't that stupid? And yeah, I'm that russian troll-bot of Putin, because normal person can't write that. :))
AndyGarsia
Looks like Putin has a looong list of should-be-dead persons. But why poisoning again, where's creativity? 🤔
AndyGarsia
Most russian people don't hate the West and Ukrainians. I'm russian, I live here in Russia, so I can tell you that's a total bullshit. Many people here, especially young people, doesn't like Putin and his government.
AndyGarsia
AndyGarsia
In fact they are pretty harmless as an opposition
AndyGarsia
Well, I think you'd be surprised of how many anti-Putin opinions Russians show in social medias, such as Twitter or VKontakte. It's not that bad a situation. So far...
AndyGarsia
You are never confident about this untill you start doing that :)
AndyGarsia

AndyGarsia
No, I just rarely visit reddit. :)
Yeah, thousands of those protesters will be just killed. Probably they already is. Maybe even by Putin himself. Silly people! What did they think about when they decided to take part in the protests. Didn't they know what country they live in?
Really, everyone forms one's own personal world and live in it.
AndyGarsia
I can just repeat my words: what you said is a total bullshit.
I have been living in Russia all my life and I know what I'm talking about. Don't believe all that western media tells you.
If you have any questions about Russia, just ask me. So you can know everything at first hand. No, I'm not a KGB spy and no, I'm not paid by "terrible tyrant" Putin. :)
Sorry for the late reply. :) And sorry for my bad English.
AndyGarsia

Duolingo.com has good Esperanto courses for a few languages (including English).
