This wouldn’t even cover half of the mortgage payment on my condo. It isn’t about price gouging necessarily, it’s about trying to cover the mortgage. I rent out my condo and I still pay over 1000 to cover the difference each month. I charge 3200$ for a 2 bed 2 bath.
