If you live in the EU you can get Altstore PAL and download Altstore Classic from it

The thing that I think can help is updating the kernel. Do it by going to the update manager on the right side of the taskbar and click the security icon there click view and kernels. Go to 7.0 and download the latest one. After that restart your PC

If you still have sidestore go to sidestore in do somewhere export signing cert and then save it put a password and in altstore import it
