I’m gonna be a pedant here, in the UK you can’t come across natural cannabis plants, it’s the wrong climate, and to consume it you’d need to dry it out, grind it up then smoke it, turn it into oil etc.

So you can’t “consume it on sight”, and it’s illegal to produce your own, even for personal consumption
