Chaos also get enchanting aura so comparing powers across factions can't easily be done in a vacuum. I think vampire lords having a steroidy combat power is completely fine and helps shift the focus from all the necromancerspam we've had up to this point.

Yeah, that's basically what 'imperial dwarfs' means. The actual issue is that there happens to be a nation commonly referred to as 'the empire' which also is a weird lore thing.

It does sound more role play-friendly though. Since dwarfs living in the empire most likely would see themselves as the norm, referring to the regular dwarfs as "the other" would make sense
