Personally, I prefer writing past tense. Far as reading goes, I also prefer past, though I can deal with present tense too, if the content is good.

The abominable mixed tense is where I draw the line

Specifically, the rule regarding countries, is that na is used for ones that were parts of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth or otherwise treated more like regions (same as na Śląsk or na Mazury), and for countries that are islands or archipelagos (na Kubie,na Cyprze`)

Znaczy, progression fantasy jest spoko, jeśli jest faktycznie progression. Niestety, w sporej ilości przypadków, w pewnym momencie autor mówi "a chuj tam, starczy" i włącza tryb średniawej powieści fantasy.

Przypominają mi się dwie mangi których nazw nie pamiętam.

W jednej z nich główny bohater miał zdolność zdobywania expa za każdy krok jaki przeszedł. Pomysł niczego sobie, jeśli autor skupiłby się na rozwijaniu zdolności powiązanych z chodzeniem. Niestety, po bodaj dwóch rozdziałach chodzenia, główny bohater wykupił (ech...) mistrzostwo w walce mieczem i mistrzostwo w magii. Progression szlag trafił.

W drugiej, bardziej z pod-podgatunku "civilization building" główny bohater dostał kawałek ziemi (jak to zwykle bywa), miał tam wybudować wioskę, i tak dalej. Nie potrwało to długo, bo wkrótce większośc rozwoju terytorium działa się poza stronami mangi, bo skupiała się ona teraz na sztampowych przygodach MC i jego haremu.

Osobiście nie jestem fanem LitRPG. W większości przypadków, dana książka jest LitRP nie dlatego, że faktycznie dodaje to coś do fabuły czy stylu, ale dlatego, że autorowi się nie chce.

Co mam przez to na myśli? Ano to, że łatwiej jest napisać "I wtedy Bob dostał +1 do fajerbola", niż skonstruować treść tak, żeby czytelnik widział, że ten fajerbol jest mocniejszy. Łatwiej jest napisać "i wtedy magiczna kula pękła, bo Bob miał 9999 level", niż pokazać w treści, że jest przekozakiem nad kozaki.

Może być to spoko jeśli autor bawi się z tym konceptem. Jednak w większości przypadków, gdyby z danej powieści LitRPG wywalić wszystkie cyferki, to mielibyśmy średnią powieść fantasy.

Instead of writing out their entire thing in a single message like a sane human being and edit it if there was any mistake.

My suspicion, is that it's a combination of this style of messaging, and people writing on their phones. Often I write some Reddit comment on my phone and thing I wrote a paragraph, then I see it on desktop and it's barely a sentence.
