So, they have a CTO or even a CTA putting their names to the technology? Oh right, both of those magically disappeared. But I guess by LIB logic, it’s actually a good thing that your head technologists left.

I don’t need Bill to tell me what I already know. LIBs technical team consists of one or two people mentioned once, then never heard from again, AND whatever Chinese company they’re buying their off-the shelf system from.

I just wonder when they’re buying their generic system, who hits the add-to-cart button on the website, Alex or Bill?

Automatic_Bar4877

Operational Update aka Alex Wylie’s attempt to stop the bleeding but managing to worsen the outlook.

Good Luck out there, Fellas. It’s going to be a rough ride from here on out.

Automatic_Bar4877

I mean…objectively none of this is good news. And maybe by calling Bill it helps you justify your position in this incredibly suspect company, but for me all that does is allow for the entity who’s been misleading you this whole time the opportunity to…mislead you some more.

And to justify the re-org in prep for IPO…needing more experience in certain areas…I’m surprised that logic isn’t being applied to the (non-existent) technical team at LIB. I mean, I know why it’s not being applied because that IPO justification is BS on every level.

Automatic_Bar4877

So…things are good right now?

You’re missing the point. In every press release, there is a vague, misleading statement. Every single one. I know what they are saying, but I also know that the wording being used is deliberate because it’s easily misinterpreted…and easily misinterpreted in a way that would make LIB appear further along than they actually are.

They went months without including qualified/third party verification on news releases with technical claims and milestones. They’ve attempted to bury bad news on every single press release containing bad news (which is frequent these days). C’mon man, you can’t be this dense.

Alex Wylie will continue to mislead people like you by implying things…but always having the “I never actually said that” defense.

Automatic_Bar4877

The walls are closing in on the weasel. CFO “transition”. Almost half the board gone in one swoop. Shareholder meeting delayed…and in all three cases, an attempt to bury the news either by releasing late on Friday or releasing two within minutes to avert eyes away from the “not great” news.

Want more evidence of deliberately vague and misleading statements…today’s news release:

“Since May 2026, LibertyStream has extracted and refined lithium carbonate at its Freedom Launchpad facility in Texas, which runs the full Freedom 1 process flow.”

Followed by:

“Freedom 1 construction is under way in Texas, and the Company has purchased all major process equipment”

Not even sure what they mean by Launchpad running the full freedom 1 process flow, but what’s even more confusing is making claims about freedom 1 process flow being ran…despite it being in the early stages of construction (their words)

Actually, I’m not confused. The weasel has been misleading everyone this whole time and the artificially inflated stock price was granting him far more goodwill than he deserved. Now that the stocks in free fall, today’s press release (which is the ultimate in “nothing news”) is a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding.

Automatic_Bar4877

I agree with the logic in what you’re saying (and your numbers are solid). Where we probably disagree is around Select itself. From what I understand, the agreement with select carries mininal/zero risk to Select if it fails, and huge benefit if it succeeds. I just don’t think Select is on the hook for much if LIB can’t deliver on what they’ve promised. LIB will just be gone from Selects site(s).

As far as the numbers go, my suspicion of synthetic lithium solution comes from the perception of what the processes actually are. Extraction and Recovery are two separate and unique steps but Alex Wylie speaks on them like they’re the same.

Ex. If you’re 90% efficient on extraction and 90 % efficient on recovery, you’re already down to 20 ppm of available lithium for refining. (25 x .9 x.9). 90% on each step is excellent, and would require longer processing times. It’s important to remember that 25 ppm is extremely low. In other, higher concentration DLE, 25 ppm is what is left behind. And with the nature of these chemical processes, the lower the available number is, the longer it takes, and once you’re in these low ranges, the chemical reaction slows to a crawl.

From there, you have to remember to account for losses at every step of the processing. 10% is pretty standard. I’d estimate that 80% extraction and 80% recovery is more realistic. Now it’s 16 ppm of available lithium for refining and who knows what the actual full cycle time is. It’s not 20 minutes…that’s one of the biggest claims I take issue with. It’s so far from the realm of possibility that it reads like a joke. I’d say minimum to achieve 80% at multiple steps is 2-3 hours.

Theres a reason why Alex is deliberately vague on the volumes and details around freedom launchpad.

Automatic_Bar4877

I don’t disagree with you here, but I think we probably disagree on how notable it is. The carbonation process is the least novel (and most established) part of the process. Much like the offtake agreements, it’s notable and it’s necessary, but it’s all rendered moot if the early processes are failing…which I truly believe they are.

Automatic_Bar4877

For me, it’s fulfillment of the first quarter offtake. I just don’t feel like the offtake agreement is the bomb that everyone thinks it is. Necessary? Absolutely, but failing to fulfill it is a huge possibility and that would render it completely moot. I see huge gaps and exaggerations in tech/capability/processing with LIB, so fulfillment feels highly unlikely.

Automatic_Bar4877

Like what? What’s inaccurate or made up?

Automatic_Bar4877

I really don’t. I think this is an undertaking that would require a far more advanced technical team with a far more advanced technology accompanied by a far more concentrated resource (10x…250 ppm instead of 25)

Automatic_Bar4877

I know that LIB has no patents.
I know that LIB doesn’t build their own media.
I know that LIB’s system looks suspiciously identical to an existing Chinese DLE system supplier.
I know that LIB doesn’t have a single technical member of their board or Executive.

So, knowing this, what exactly does LIB have? Access to a resource? A low concentration resource. One that LIB’s (far more technical astute) competitors wouldn’t even touch because 25 ppm isn’t economical on any planet.

I know that LIBs economic model is purely theoretical and I know that it’s an egregious exaggeration (20 minute cycle times..insane, low to zero cost re-agent use…insane, pipe dream BPED implementation, insane)

All I’m doing is noticing some alarming trends with this company.

If you have evidence contrary to what I’m saying, feel free to share it.

Automatic_Bar4877

Again, tell me what I’m wrong about. If you disagree with me, tell me why. That’s all I’m doing. Expressing opinion and backing it up with evidence.

And remind me, what does LIB’s off the shelf Chinese unit cost? $37 Million? Is that more or less than the $20 million raised to build it?

I’ll be interested in what kind of evidence you have in your response, but I’m guessing you’ll just call me a clown again.

Automatic_Bar4877

*You’re

Tell me what I’m wrong about.

Automatic_Bar4877

I guess validation isn’t important?

This one does have third party validation, but it doesn’t really matter because Carbonation isn’t the hang up (established technology in the industry). The hangup is extraction/economics/cycle times. Math just doesn’t work at 25-30 ppm. Also….where is this lithium Carbonate coming from? The volumes of brine required to process 3 tonnes of lithium carbonate are extremely high. The timeline/volumes just don’t add up. I suspect the lithium carbonate is being produced on site, but it seems impossible that it’s being produced from Select brine. Likely a synthetic lithium brine, or something of that nature.

This has been my point the whole time. LIB and the Weasel will pump up news that really isn’t news (congrats, your non-novel refining unit works as intended), and will push that focus and narratives further and further away from where the real issues are. They can’t extract efficiently or economically at 25-30 ppm (where they DONT do 3rd party validation). Alex Wylie’s deception isn’t hard to see, just gotta take the blinders off for a minute.

Automatic_Bar4877

Things are already looking fishy, my friend.

You’ll see.

“We want our shareholders to be able to hold shares” - Alex Wylie

Tough to take a CEO seriously who can barely answer the softball questions that he’s asking himself. Between not being able to speak in clear sentences and constantly spouting off buzzwords, he’s not actually saying anything.

Also tough to take him seriously when he says, as the largest shareholder, he also doesn’t like dilution….but speaks on it as if he doesn’t just grant himself hefty amounts of RSUs and options every single time there’s financing, essentially guarding himself from dilution (and no one else)

You guys seriously don’t see Alex and Lib for what it is?

Automatic_Bar4877

Cool story, Bro. Sounds like the most corporate response he could give. Not picking fights, just pointing out the absurd levels of hypocrisy and hand-waving. Apparently Weasel Wylie made a statement today about not wanting dilution because he’s the largest shareholder (in reference to the pipe dream Nasdaq IPO)….and yet every time there is dilutive funding, he’s immune because he just grants himself huge levels of RSUs and options. There isn’t a dollar that goes into LIB that’s he doesn’t grab a piece of.

Im guessing that Hookey and Uhl finally grew a spine and that immediately got them booted from a board that let the weasel get away with anything he wanted.

Automatic_Bar4877

You really think board members depart and just run out, with total and complete transparency, and spill all the beans. Of course not. Enjoy the Kool-Aid.

Automatic_Bar4877

Imagine what? That a departing board member, without question departing under NDA, isn’t going to give you a 100% candid response. He has to speak kindly…because he’s legally obligated to, not to mention he’ll still be a shareholder so why would he publicly slag on the stock he owns. I swear, there’s a grade school level of naivety operating on this group.

Automatic_Bar4877

And at 25 ppm, there’s nothing viable about LIB in the short or long term. They lack any type of technical direction. They’re using off the shelf Chinese technology…and they dont even have enough cash to pay for freedom one…but go ahead, keep polishing those turds.

Automatic_Bar4877

Source on the departure of the two board members? It’s buried in the first August 10th press release announcing Lisa Bohls to the board. Followed by a second August 10th press release (literally hitting the market one minute later) announcing submission of draft registration statement.

I’m not sure I’ve seen a more obvious attempt to bury news that likely indicates some pretty dire things happening behind closed doors at LIB.

Dilutive funding that only covers a portion of the first system. Even if that system gets built and is successful, you’re not in free cash flow…how do you build system 2? By diluting the stock even more to cover 2/3rds of the second build out?

It all reeks of desperation. I don’t think LIB has 1/100th of what they claim to have in capabilities and I think Weasel Wylie is struggling to keep the narrative even remotely believable.

Automatic_Bar4877

Definitely not. Real research goes beyond a google search. By the way, 2 board members gone suddenly. Followed by a rushed press release simultaneously in an attempt to bury the board member news. I wonder what happened with your messiah Alex Wylie and the aforementioned board members. No matter how you try and spin it, this is a reallly bad sign for LIB.

Automatic_Bar4877

You guys should apply some of that critical thought and need for confirmation/validation to LIB and their President.

Automatic_Bar4877

Alex has been feeding at the LIB trough for years now. There’s no way he put that kind of money into it unless he’s getting it back through bonuses or additional equity (what percentage of the recent RSUs/options did he grant himself). Or it’s all an optics move and that $700 k could have just been a cumulative amount for somewhere else that he represents. Seems like the kind of narrative someone desperate would try to spin when he’s failing to secure non-dilutive financing.

Sites reporting in it? Cool. And I’m sure these sites were witnessing Alex wire the money from his personal account to LIB. Or are they reporting on what Alex is saying. I’m guessing you haven’t noticed that anytime LIB drops news that’s amazing, it’s either impossible to verify or LIB has conveniently decided to drop any type of third party validation from their press releases (ie. the past 7 months of field data) I’ve said it before, believe what you want, but there are so many red flags flying everywhere here, I’d exercise major caution.

Automatic_Bar4877

There’s no way Alex Wylie invested $700 k of his own money. You know for certain? How? Because Alex told you? One thing I’ve learned about Alex is that if you can’t verify, or verification isn’t required, he’s going to lie through his teeth to get you to believe a narrative.

You’re on the right track doing a bit of a deep dive into Alex’s previous business ventures…because I have, and….oof. Might want to do a character reference or two before blindly trusting a man with a reputation such as his.
