Stop looking at hourly charts. Widen your timeframe - daily/weekly candles always give you a better perspective.

It's simple: Polygon. Look at Polymarket and its success on the chain.

AverageRedditLad

Funny how often these DNS hijacks occur ... Many of today's "X protocol has been compromised" are because of old web2 infrastructure.

AverageRedditLad

Not anymore, ser. She won't attend.

AverageRedditLad

Indeed. Indeed it is. Yet, people are hating on Polygon. No idea why, lol. Makes no sense to me.

AverageRedditLad

Just don't. Use some L2s

One word: marketing.

AverageRedditLad

There are a lot of new games spawning left and right on Immutable zkEVM. Check them out. Also, they offer "gems" which they hinted will be attached to an airdrop. Very few people know about it, thus the airdrop might be less diluted.

If you think that bridge is ROCK SOLID then it's fine. If you don't get any use out of the ETH, anyway, then might as well keep it on Ethereum - it's safer. Bridges are an additional layer that can get hacker or w/e.

AverageRedditLad

You don't. You just buy and forget.

AverageRedditLad

Plenty of websites out there that can help you with this. Try and Google it.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Stablecoins probably - followed by tokens I already hold anyway. My risk appetite is quite low. Been a degen, learned my lesson - now staying as safe as possible while still looking at an up side that can change my life.

NFA but putting too much into small market cap altcoins will ruin you unless you're extremely skilled in DYOR or lucky as hell.

I learned this the hard way lol.

Squid Router by Axelar. Works smoothly every time. Can't recommend them enough.

AverageRedditLad

All profitable marketing is great marketing.

This is how I learned everything DeFi and more: by doing it! Practice is everything!

AverageRedditLad

DeFi is very complicated and can drive average users insane. We need to abstract everything into "normal" terms that can be understood by anyone. That's when we'll get the real adoption.

AverageRedditLad

I believe many folks expect rates to go back to 0%. That won't happen anytime soon.

We will get 2-3 small 0.25 rate cuts and that's it ... They will increase after that once again.

AverageRedditLad

I believe Ethereum is a trial phase for DeFi and other decentralized initiatives. It will eventually all go back into Bitcoin. More and more projects are building on this narrative of L2 for BTC.

It will eventually all go back into BTC.

AverageRedditLad

I only used USDC and USDT to eventually buy more cryptos. Other people also use it to generate yield as you can earn more on DeFi with stables compared to putting them in a savings account. It's more risky but more rewarding for sure.

It's always a game of power/money at the end of the day.

AverageRedditLad

Talked with them, they aren't web3-knowledgeable ...

AverageRedditLad

I need someone for advice on what to do and not to do, more than anything.

AverageRedditLad

Look man, the market is very hard to navigate. In reality, no one knows. People are using charts, indicators, price history, etc. to "predict" future movements". There's a certain percentage the prediction become true.

Follow those that have been correct most of the time, as nobody can be correct ALL the time.

Secret Network isn't a cool project, but it's the project we all need in our lives, lol. Privacy in crypto is exactly ZERO - everything is public.

AverageRedditLad

Wow ADA isn't doing THAT bad tbh. Only 54% down from ATH, being an altcoin, is pretty decent. Not an ADA holder but was amazed at this information.
