Your setup is okay. Beds can be stacked in Bedrock. Perhaps food is the issue? What food did you give and how many? Also, are there any villagers nearby?

EDIT: So, I was informed that villagers detecting beds (also the stacking beds) and workstations even though they cannot pathfind them is a bug/parity issue (MCPE-50441). I did not know this and Mojang needs to fix this.

Anyway, since Bedrock has this bugged game mechanic, stacking beds for villager breeding is okay.

Silentwisperer made a tutorial to this design. Basically, according to him, there is a bug where an entity will try to pathfind even though they are in a minecart. To fix this, you need to place slabs around the copper golem. Try to experiment where you can put those slabs so that they can still access the chests.

I wanted to hide this fact, because I'm not the proud of it, but transgender people make me feel uncomfortable.

Just downvote and report as spam. I have been reporting this dude since yesterday.

In Bedrock, baby villagers does not jump and beds do not need 2 blocks above it for the villagers to breed. You can even stack up beds if you want and they will still breed as along as they detect the beds.
