I want to say Wreck ot Ralph, because it's one of my favorite movies, but it does have some minor consistency issues so unfortunately it's just a 9/10. The whole "Penelope is a Disney princess" was bolted on and didn't make any sense in universe and the whole "glitches can't leave their game" is just a plot device. If Penelope was just fixed, glitch gone, no Disney princess, but a real racer, executed well, it could have been 10/10

Were you born in Germany or did you spend significant time there? Did your parents? Did someone at your home speak German when you grew up? If none of those, you're probably not German, you have German ancestry. It may influence your culture to an extent, but it sounds like you are American.

The whole "I'm 25% German because my gradma was a German citizen" or whatever sounds like instagram cringe and reminds me of the Nazis calculating how many percent Jewish is ok vs goes to extermination camp. I definitely find it a bit inappropriate.

That being said, there is nothing wrong with being interested in your ancestry and study the lives of your ancestors, in fact, I find it very commendable. but don't say you are German or x percent German when you're just talking about ancestry.

Auf dem Konzert war ich auch! Farin hat sich verspielt und bei Westerland erst nen Refrain nach der ersten Strophe gespielt (da ist aber keiner) und dann haben sie nochmal von Vorne angefangen, die Meute so nach der ersten Strophe: "Ooooooooohhhh" und Farin nur "EBEN NICHT!" und ab in die zweite Strophe. Ich denke, er muss die konkreten Daten angeben und die Quelle benennen. Bei uns hat z.B. der Vermieter 3 Vergleichswohnungen angegebrn, aber das war unzulässig, weil er Inserate verwendet hat und die Vergleichsmiete in der Vergangenheit tatsächlich gezahlte Mieten darstellen muss. Wenn du wideraprichst muss er mibdestens mal seine Quelle nennen und erklären, wie er deine Wohnung eingruppiert hat. Da werden manchmal lustige Sachen versucht, z.B. renovierte Wohnungen als Neubau bewerten und ähnlicher Unsinn. Würd ich erstmal drum bitten das genau offen zu legen.

Habe mal einer Mieterhöhung widersprochen. Einfacher Brief reicht, z.B. "Hiermit widerapreche ich Ihrem Mieterhöhungsgesuch vom xyz Datum, da es die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllt." Peng, fertig. Alte Miete weiter zahlen. Es ist Pflicht des Vermieters den Rechtsweg zu gehen wrnn ihm das nicht passt, du musst das nicht aktiv abwehren. Und diese Erhöhung ist lächerlich, da sie nichtmal versucht eine ordentliche Begründung anzuführen. Mieterhöhungen müssen immer begründet sein und z.B. einen Verweis auf Vergleichsmieten oder Mietspiegel enthalten.

Natürlich kann man Rauchen (egal was) in der Mietwohnung untersagen.

Maybe drink 1L at the start, then wait an hour for your body to deal with that, then the rest near the end of the timer. People who have died from water poisoning drank way more than that I think, so it's probably fine. Actual food though? I don't think that's possible.

Falls der Vertrag die Gewährleistung ausschließt, der Vorbesitzer euch aber den Defekt verschwiegen hat, obwohl er davon wusste, haftet er eventuell trotzdem. Wenn der Nachbar von unten von dem Defekt wusste, wusste es der Vorbesitzer sicherlich auch.

Not a lawyer. Of course you can sue. There is a deadline for raising Mängel, I think it is 3 or 6 months. If they didn't declare anything by then, they would have to pay the deposit in full, even if you caused the damage. A lawyer could help (a single letter will make people move very quickly most of the time) but you could also look into gerichtliches Mahnverfahren, which is cheaper, but more work and takes some patience. It will result in the court sending an official letter to your landlady though, which might be enough to scare her into paying. Please don't just let it go, people like that need to reap what they sow.
