I actually liked that S1 had a bleak ending while S2 had a hopeful one, because it shows that in the Cyberpunk universe, both scenarios are absolutely possible. And in a sea of tragedies in Night City, a relatively happy one existing in contrast can be especially meaningful.

Why are you lumping OP's post with my comment? I was responding to a very specific segment but otherwise dont give a shit if people prefer Synthesis. It is simply objectively false that it's the "morally cleanest" and Synthesis fans have been using that argument for a decade to try to seem more enlightened than destroy fans.

Mass Effect 1 literally became a scandal that ended up on Fox News in 2007 for featuring a lesbain sex scene. Bioware has been woke since day 1. These "fans" are just culture war tourists. They'll move onto the next thing once this blows over. 

I never said otherwise. All 3 endings are variations of dogshit. Just sick of synthesis fans who think theyre morally superior to destroy fans when rewriting the biological makeup of entire species is objectively creepy and violating. They need to fucking own it.

Control can literally just be Destroy without the geth casualties. Shepard takes control of the Reapers and flies them all into the nearest sun. Best of both worlds!!

Yep and EA killed that too in favour of pushing a live service model (still boggles my mind to this day), which they backtracked LATE into DA4's development and Veilguard was what we ended up getting as a result.
