As for animal insults in general you could say male goat (козёл) for men and female goat (коза) for women. This means something like "dick" or "bitch"

Pig for being dirty or uncultured, cow i guess could be used for fat women but you would never hear that insult at all, like conceptually it exists but it just isn't used.

Bull is used for men who are very rude and uncultured, when I imagine a bull (бычара) I am thinking of a buff gopnik with low intelligence and a very unpleasant behavior

Cock/Rooster (петух) in casual speech means a cocky self centered annoying man, but has a secondary meaning of a prison bitch in prison slang

Male sheep (баран) - an incredibly stubborn and dumb man

Donkey (осёл) - an incredibly dumb man
