Yo. Nothing can be done for these use cases or even the false negatives as its out of your control. Even if you make this app nobody will pay for it. Has to be free as a social service. That is fine. In future the rickshaws can pay a one time charge of 100 rupees to you to get a qr code which can be read only by your app. So no clicking etc . Just scan and the message goes to your app. Same when reached. No typing that message has some option to say reached and it sends that message.

It maintains the safety rating of the driver and can be used in a rating system. Although the qr code you sent the rickshaw cannot be misused. All this only if it becomes a rage. You will see that your issue is customer acquisition. You will publish it and nobody eill download.

You need to make it a security app for everyone not Just rickshaw ( rickshaw beig one of the use cases) and pray it becomes a hit
