HondaLink keeps telling me my password is wrong. I have reset it multiple times but it never seems to "take". So now the Logue app is ALSO telling me my password is wrong. I use Lastpass to keep passwords so it should be right. And neither app will allow you to see the password once you enter it to make sure there are no typo's in it? WTH??

Yes, for me it is the worst thing about this car. The front is so high, even with the seat adjusted all the way up, you cannot see what is on the ground in front. But to be fair I had a Subaru Forester for the last 14 years so there is about 6" difference in the width, and I am not quite one month into my lease of the 2026 Prologue. I creeeeep into my car port and the first time I had to back down my long winding 300' driveway using the rear camera, my passengers were laughing at me (most of the time I can drive forward but my guests had parked in my turnaround spot). It will probably be the reason I do not buy this car at the end of the lease.

I just got the new Oura 5 but it is as unpredictable as the old one about naps in the daytime. At night, it has been telling me I "napped" for 30-40 minutes after I turned off the light and then stayed awake for hours. I typically toss and turn for a couple hours before falling asleep, but I did not know I actually fell asleep and then woke up. To rub it in, the app then suggests I avoid "late naps" since they interfere with sleep!

Did you read his comment? ....yeah, no.

I have been waiting all day for a "signature required" FedEx delivery with an estimated time of delivery between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.. Called customer support at 7:40 p.m., was on hold and saw the FedEx van go down my dead-end road toward the main road and since I am only one of 3 occupied houses up this road, figured he had delivered my package, and when the thickly accented very fast-talking assistant came on the line was told my package was delivered one minute ago. I had to ask her twice to slow down, I could barely understand what she was saying. I asked why he did not come up my driveway since he had to get my signature. She said, oh, then he will come back and get the package and will deliver it tomorrow. I said, not if I get there first, I am going to go get the package I have been watching for all day signature or not. And I did. I am going to report this to the merchant and suggest they use another delivery service.

Me too and because I did not register it, I do not know if they even received it so am considering sending a whole new packet, this time registered so I know when it was delivered.
BeginningScheme813
It would take the average 5th grader 15 minutes to set up a computer system for an automatic message to the recipient's phone number notifying them of the broken package. Even less time to slap a self-stick notice on the box after you put it in a new box. I am not buying this excuse of "GOT NO TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT"

I had a pair of $1800 hearing aids disappear after allegedly being delivered. Photo was of the rear of someone's house, not showing a number, and not showing the package. After days of arguing with FedEx that it was not my house, they said they could not "retrieve" the package and I should just ask the seller to ship me a new one. I did, the seller agreed and when that package was delivered, both the shipping box and the product box and all the parts and pieces inside had been opened. I compared the parts and pieces to the "What's In The Box" card and everything was there but clearly, someone at FedEx was looking. I suspect the "LION battery" on the outside of small boxes with electronics inside is tipping off the FedEx thieves. I reported this ripped open packaging to the seller and said I hope they reconsider their shipping choice. I urge everyone in this thread to do the same.
BeginningScheme813
Contact the sender and ask them to send you another. I had expensive bluetooth hearing aids supposedly delivered though the photo shows no house number, no package. The new set, after FedEx told me they could not recover the alleged misdelivery, had been opened by someone at FedEx and all the parts and pieces had been removed from both the shipping box and the product box before it was delivered. I reported it but add this story to many disgraceful experiences people are reporting with FedEx.

There is a free app that will read them. You do not have to have the Audible app to listen to your downloaded books.
BeginningScheme813
I agree, the driver took it after taking the photo. Does FedEx perform criminal background checks on new drivers? Because it sure does not seem to be concerned when a package is allegedly delivered but never received. They just told me to ask the merchant to replace it.
BeginningScheme813
Same here. I ordered a $1700 pair of hearing aids. FedEx delivered them to some other address and the "proof of delivery" was a blurry photo of the back of someone's house, no package in the photo. When I contacted FedEx, they first tried to say it was my house, then said they would try to retrieve the package, then said they could not. I replied, "So either the resident or the driver is lying". I was told to contact the shipper, did, and they sent another set. So the new box arrived today and both boxes had been opened, the shipping box and the box with the hearing aids in it. (As far as I can tell, nothing was taken that should have been in the box.) The FedEx truck sat at my house way too long to grab one small box and put it in my delivery box (I watched the truck arrive and continued to watch it until it left). I called the shipper, they accessed the first delivery report, agreed with me there was no photo of the box supposedly delivered and it was not a front door, and said they would report it. (Obviously, a back door cannot be spotted from the road, making it harder to identify where they left my shipment; I do not think that was accidental). I note that these hearing aids are rechargeable so there is that large red "LION battery" notice on the shipping box, which is also what is on the shipping box for a cell phone. So all of this leads me to believe it is the delivery drivers stealing shipments, at least here in Virginia.

Me three. I cannot stand it, will leave Oura unless they give us the choice to use the old interface.
BeginningScheme813
Meanwhile, everyone who read through these posts, including me, will never buy anything from Oura again, because replying to the OP does not persuade anyone that your customer support is not a disaster. Do all your customers who need support have to complain on Reddit to get help?
BeginningScheme813
Thanks for that but you did not answer the question of whether a member can download their own data and remove it from your servers and nothing on the link provides any answer. As I said in my post, my data was hacked from 23andMe. I will add that my social security number, my Medicare number and my health history was hacked from CMS (Center for Medicaid and Medicare), an agency of the federal government. On the page you link to, I find this: "GDPR and HIPAA Compliance: We have dedicated teams and resources to help us meet and exceed the privacy standards set by these critical privacy regulations." But neither you nor the website answers the question. So thanks for the reassurances but I don't buy them. Every security measure has a way it can be hacked. If we have learned nothing from recent events, it is that we cannot rely on either the government or online services to protect our data.
BeginningScheme813
I would like to think someone from Oura would have replied here to affirm that and they have not. But thanks for that information, I will see if I can find anything on their website about how to do that.
BeginningScheme813
This raised my hackles. Palentir is an active threat to personal liberties guaranteed under our Constitution, and those rights are being threatened and monetized every day by the current administration. So as my ring is almost 4 years old anyway, I will be looking for another tool to track my sleep. My 23andMe data was hacked. Ouraring does not need to be keeping this data at all. It is only useful to the ring-wearer. Customers should have the option to download their own data and have it removed from Oura's servers.

Me too. 64 degrees is my sweet spot. To enhance that, I also play blizzard sounds on my bedroom TV (with the screen off) and have a ceiling fan. What is interesting to me is that I still use a down-filled douvet even in summer, it is breathing cold air and feeling it moving across my face that seems key. With a newer mini-split system, I can cool just the bedroom, which is only 10 X 12 so not that large a room, without any spike in my electric bill.

What if the phone was not reset?
BeginningScheme813
I don't know how long I have had no voicemail but just today received 3 calls in short order from a medical office but when I tried to hear my voicemail, pressing the number "1" got me an AT&T voicemail recording. I called CC and asked why, never really got an answer but was told she would need to "reprovision" my voicemail, which would permanently remove all voicemail messages. There was no explanation for how this happened. One of the diagnostic steps was her calling me with me not answering to see if voicemail picked up. It did not. CC agent could not tell me how long I had not had voicemail or how it happened since I have had CC since 2023 and this phone about 6 months (Samsung Galaxy S23). So she did the "reprovisoning" and I now have voicemail again. Does anyone have some idea how this happened? And how would I know my voicemail was not working in future? Anyone else out there on CC who lost their voicemail?

Do your 500's remain visible (and connectible) to bluetooth while in the charging case? Mine do and tech support said they should not be visible (or connectible) while charging but none of the actions that were supposed to correct this worked.
BeginningScheme813
When I get a perplexing message like this it helps me to look at the trend over the last few weeks or months. One or two below-average nights are not a big deal. It is almost too much information. I have also learned the occasional temperature rise that results in a different warning often disappears within a day or two.
BeginningScheme813
I had a similar experience two months ago, awaiting delivery of a new phone, and receiving daily emails that it would be delivered that day. I called FedEx after the first 4 days of this, and was told that the regular driver was off and the replacement was too nervous to drive up my road. There was some snow still on the road but it had been plowed and my neighbors and I were all driving in and out every day. The daily notifications went on, with no delivery happening for 9 days and then stopped. Meanwhile, I contacted the seller and got a refund. Then a very damaged box only held together with tape and with no return address was delivered one day a week later. It was the phone. I hope the seller was reimbursed by FedEx.
I don't see how Google is going to work with no internet connection, so no traffic updates, no Google Assistant ("I can't help you, I am offline"). So my 2026 Prologue "hotspot" is not a hotspot or wifi at all.
