Oh that! I just learned about it this morning from one of the Beatles subs and am already seeing multiple other posts about it today. Did this start spreading around again recently, or is one person just posting about it all of a sudden?

Probably because it was. Actors very often don't do photoshoots for posters and promo stuff. Photoshopping their heads onto models' bodies has been common practice for decades now. 

Do you pronounce it "rig-no" or do you treat the "gn" like  Italian and pronounce it "rin-yo"?

Ah, okay! That makes sense. So that could be when they'd use something like MAL to separate them out for the remix. Do you know if Giles or anyone at Apple has shared much on the technical aspect of these remixes? 

It's possible. I know on some of the instrumental takes on disc 2 you can hear the main vocal being sung very faintly

I understand how AI would be helpful in restoring degraded tape recordings, but I can't imagine an using an AI stem separator to extract tracks from a bounced down mix being superior to digitizing the original tapes separately if they're available.

Are they using AI to separate the stems? I know the limits of 4-track recording had them bouncing down tracks, but I assumed they still had the original tapes from before they were dubbed down. I suppose it's naive to think they would. 

But yeah, I've been hearing bits of what sound like background noise or bleed-through that I figured was just stuff the mics picked up back then that weren't audible til now.

Yeah I saw someone mention today that there were noticeable differences between the 2026 and 2023 "Nowhere Man." I'd never listened to it and when I went to check it out, it was gone

I remember the repeated "tell me why" on older releases but it's definitely more audible here. John also repeated "she feels good" on "Good Day Sunshine" if you've never caught that. 

On this new release, I could hear that Paul's got a frog in his throat at 2:41 on "You Won't See Me" on the word "feels." Never heard that before!

I'm disappointed the "Beatle Talk" cut John singing 🎵Do you want hold a penis? Doo wah ooo🎵 to the tune of "Do You Want to Know a Secret?"
