I forgot to mention...I know they use them for cuts. But that wasn't what they were using them for in the shots I saw. They would normally say CUT for a medic etc. They didn't do that. I also know they do it when they got serious spices going on. Because they do that in the spicy games especially when they deal with ghost or reaper peppers and the like. This was before they did anything and after they opened whatever meat they had and then mixed it in either a marinade or with other etc. Soooo, since I've never used them nor has anyone I ever knew. I was genuinely curious about it.
