Localization bug most likely. Those variables are usually written as [name.value] in the description, you can see that happen sometimes. They musta changed the spanish one and swapped the value for damage with range.

Why bother, the only time you leave ventures is to afk in a vbuck mission.

Cuz lazy devs didn't bother to properly dispose of the old heavy attack. If you jump and RMB it'll give a "cannot use skill" message.

That, and epic rippin' out value (chat,transforms,friendcodes) left and right and compensating it with a simple troll stash llama or two.
