People complain about Trump because of how he impacts their lives materially. There were plenty of things Obama did wrong, plenty of substantial issues that they could have complained about. They didn't. They did not dislike his policy initiatives, just his skin color.

They, the reactionary movement that now controls the republican party, hate people who are black. They support policy and positions that are at direct odds with everyone's quality of life because they hope that this will cause people who are black or otherwise undesirables to them to suffer more.

For those who don't know, it is an acronym meaning Canibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller, from the 1984 film of the same name. It was used a lot by the Chappo Trap House podcast to describe the antisocial nature of the right wing philosophy, starting in the early 10's. As is the case with any word that hurts their feelings, the reactionary scum then try to grasp it and bandy it about with mixed results.
