It’s supposed to be for the payments owed at the time of those months per multiple agents I’ve spoken to

BoneFish44

Research it just in case - but if you are at 120 and sure about it you should be on admin forebearance - you shouldn’t be paying while they figure it out

BoneFish44

Yeah I’m not planning on making massive payments while mohelA figures it out - comment is also confusing to me

You also would need to let the ED know what insurances your group takes/doesn’t take. Harder for the ED to sort that out and give a referral and then the patient bounces back because they can’t be seen in your clinic.

Do you drink alcohol? Can definitely tank HRV - though can vary by individual.

BoneFish44

Gotcha - so no federal event but PSLF is still state taxable

BoneFish44

Wait - I thought PSLF forgiveness was a taxable event? Is that not true?

I know it can be hard sometimes to afford a racquet. Something you might try doing is you can try to go to a tennis pro shop somewhere and see if they have any used racquets for sale, sometimes it’s a good way to get a racquet when they are getting rid of an old demo. Might get you into a playing a little earlier.

Just as a sidenote, I also did not need an AWD, but got it because I really wanted a performance model.

One of the motors on the vehicle failed, however, because it was dual motor I was able to continue driving and could even drive on the freeway home, and then could take it to the shop the next day where they replaced one of the motors on warranty.

Just wanted to put that plug in there that the all-wheel drive does give you that backup option in case of a failure…

BoneFish44

I hope - been waiting on it

What country is this?

BoneFish44

Is this through Tesla or another dealer?

BoneFish44

What specialty?

BoneFish44

No no - increase the stash size 🤩

These are tough - couple things

  1. Get a lateral before you start, helps you plan, sometimes a crutch can help

  2. The start point is everything. You can take a threaded steinman pin in a different plane as a joystick, to help you get the correct start point.

  3. Get the start point without pushing into varus. I think hollow reamers are a great option to have if available

  4. Don’t be afraid of open reduction. Sometimes you can do a perc anterior incision to help, other times you can place a homan through your superior incision to give some guidance to the reduction.

  5. Say your prayers

BoneFish44

Can still occur…

BoneFish44

I’ll have to keep an eye out, thanks 🙏

BoneFish44

What are these baskets?

BoneFish44

I will also say my prox chat doesn’t always work so great - having some issues on console

BoneFish44

Thank you for replying to this 👍🏻

I think you should do IM and find a job with good hours and flexibility. That’s your skill set. Then you can save and use your time to think of a side gig and can spring board it from there. Or you said you did like “peaking”, you can work a year and apply for a fellowship that you may like.

Looking for a job that is more interesting, requiring less hours, paying more, without you having applicable experience, seems like a big ask….

For humans, this is option 2 in adults, and option 1 in kids. This doesn’t looks terribly misaligned

3 seems extreme

Not a vet - but there might be some pages for those. Best of luck with the doggo
