Nothing to lose vs everything to lose 💀

The last two marta trains I've been on crapped out and we had to limp to the next station and board another train/walk Its nearing the end for these trains

At my old store i never saw anyone get promoted for good work. But i have seen people get thrown into team lead for a completely different department they have no idea how to work in. Plus mainly favorites. For management ive never seen anyone new and its only been the same ones for years and years

When i tried to go through my last LOA the HR said they couldn't handle it and I had to call a representative online... well fast forward and I have to schedule a day to talk to them. But I can't talk to them unless im clocked in at work. And once I give them my info I have to wait a week for a response. And once I get a response I have to give them the info all over again! Plus the info I gave them somehow wasn't enough so I have to go back to the doctor and ask them for something that is not even relevant. And it just cycles from there. When it should have been just covered by your stores HR.

Id just continue to put in your 2 weeks. Target does not care if you get sick or if you have anything medical done. They make it super hard to request any time off for a surgery

Most early voting locations here in more rural Georgia are not even open until next week and there is such little information about it.

Do not beat yourself up over it at all! If you take a 15 you get that 15 they can't keep you from taking it. If its an extra minute or two oh well its not anything to worry about. You can either forget the time or its you walking back to your department. That ETL sounds like they had to do more work than what they wanted and now they are upset about that. You can never plan when your 15 is until you are at a good stopping point where you can step away. So you did everything right.

I've always been able to do the first 3 up front and after that anywhere in the venue from the crowd is fine

I couldn't vote because my location won't open until the 26th 💀 I went inside and they said they had pretty much no info on it

If you can't transfer departments and if you have a different dresscode then you shouldn't be able to do fulfillment or Guest First! Since they want you in your department so bad. Maybe that way you can actually get work done rather being forced to work on online orders. But no what you're gonna have to do is worry about every department while truck is behind. The zone is awful while getting screamed at. Another reason for them to give you a corrective action for not wearing the right dress code. And to top it off the once a year raise will be 15 cents because they somehow can't give you more than that. What is this company anymore

Both days I had to help crowd surf the no crowd surfing sign people and one guy who was basically naked and covered in sweat and mud more than 15 times each day 💀

If you go make sure to bring sunglasses! Even though videos its bright. Sunglasses for Justice saved me the 2nd time around lol

For media.... Extremely confusing and so much lack of important information available. Most of the volunteers who are working also have no clue where or what is going on unless someone updates them in real time.😭 Super muddy and rain sucks for sure though... Also a split mainstage is weird but expected. And one entrance instead of multiple causes a massive unorganized crowd that's basically free for all. You could walk in lowkey
