Democratic means serving the West/US at all cost, and the more you support the West against your population's wishes the more democratic it is.
This sub would heap praise if everything about Vucic was the same, but against Putin.

By closing our energy intensive industries and relocating them to China or the US, where they will face less pressure to reduce their climate impact. This is bad for Europe and bad for our climate.

It's the middle of the night so I cannot scream loudly, but fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.
Also accept my neverending hatred for the Demonrats trying to coup him via lawfare.

The intersection symbol for the intersection of sets, meaning the only things that survive are those that live on both sides. The union symbol combines the things that live in both sets, so
{cats} ∩ {dogs} = nothing
{cats} ∪ {dogs} = {cats,dogs}, i.e. cats and dogs

Bro you gotta update your weights, this delusion is trite.

I hope everyone here enjoyed the few weeks of Chinese never reaching this level because they prevented distillation rhetoric.
Don't worry, the jingoism will never stop.

That's the intersection symbol, it should be
{wife } ∪ {crew}

The West is looking the other way precisely to serve Isreal lol. Sudan signed the Abraham accords, and Biden could keep the UAE on board with Isreal if they looked away from the Sudan violence.
The pressure never materialized. Biden and his senior team—particularly Brett McGurk—blocked serious action, according to five US government officials. Internal memos and discussions involving the Gulf required McGurk’s clearance. He was pursuing a broader rapprochement between the UAE and Israel. Without the ability to use leverage over the UAE, US policy on Sudan defaulted to ceasefire mediation between the warring parties led by the State Department.

What you say could be true, but nowhere in the article are they saying they're abandoning HBM attempts. It only says "dram" wafers are increasing, but it is not necessarily obvious to me these are not useful for HBM or that less wafers are allocated to hbm. After all HBM is made from stacking the same wafers, and the innovation is on packaging, stacking, bonding, etc. CXMT announced risk production of hbm3e one and a half months ago, so it'd be incredibly unlikely timing too.
Indeed looking at Chosun reporting of the last month, they are saying that Korean memory manufacturing are vulnerable to CXMT right now due to HBM eating into their dram capacity. But then they say the same will happen to CXMT, so there is less of reason to worry. The angle is not that they are abandoning HBM.
Moreover SMIC/huawei have shown remarkable things in stacking chips, which is beyond what HBM TSV etc needs. They proclaim their pitch is the smallest in the industry by a pretty substantial margin. So it's also not obvious China is behind in stacking itself, if anything you'd think that's where China technology is least behind... Because they might be in front, and are very far behind on litho. Presumably through some Beijing pressure or joint venture CXMT should have access to this technology. Of course it's more profitable if they develop it themselves. I understand back to back is a different bonding , but in terms of heat dissipation, power delivery, logic, etc, it should be much harder than HBM. Maybe the infil between stacks could be a problem?
Also the news from a couple months ago now is that dram is a slightly more profitable than HBM. CXMT has to make HBM for their biggest customers, sure, but for the general open market dram is a better avenue for them.

You realise this was done on purpose right? The entire show was a marketing campaign for Kolomoisky to buy the presidency, they had an insane budget. The last season of the show aired just before the election when laws already forbade campaigning for candidates. The Panama papers exposed how Kolomoisky financed the media company of the show, where many of the future NABU corruption arrested worked for big Z.
The only actual fight against corruption in Ukraine comes from NABU, which is why the president tried to shut it down.

Wait this is not satire? The first two sentences are so perfect.

Tensor is a meme. Realistically their jump to this stacking has the same performance bump as a small node jump, comparable to tsmc earliest EUV nodes. They're not at tsmc N3. People might not be aware how bad and irrelevant tensor is. The chip is more like a snapdragon 8 at tsmc n4p.

It's clearly a conniving spy disabling the grid.

One important takeaway is that 85% of HBM goes to only three hyper solvent buyers (Nvidia, Alphabet, amd). So those ram contracts sold years in advance are probably going to get delivered, and there truly will be no return to normalcy in ram.

Yeah the animation is not just fantastic, it coheres perfectly with the explanation so it's super clear. Must've been a ton of iteration to make it work. (BTW the original video is credited to redknot-miaomiao at https://youtu.be/yF2BY8kQfyo but it's Chinese, HTX translated it with permission.)

The current system is strongly dependent on outside feed for chickens and pigs. In terms of phosphate, fertiliser, diesel, we also rely heavily on import.
Therfore if the goal was maintaining self sufficiency, the current policy is a complete failure. Self sufficiency would require onshoring the inputs, not give it to farmers who cannot maintain their livestock or grow, harvest their crops without foreign imports.
Self sufficiency is a facade, it is marketing.

Interestingly, Kurnal Insights' $1.50/Gb assumption is almost exactly in line with the current spot price of DDR5 eTT memory. According to DRAMeXchange, 16Gb DDR5 eTT chips carried a session-average price of $24.80 on September 21, equivalent to $1.55/Gb. At that price, 1b DRAM with a density of 0.436 Gb/mm² would be valued at approximately $0.676/mm², just 3% above Kurnal's $0.654/mm² estimate.
It's based on area on the wafer, and seemingly ddr5 prices. So I don't think HBM plays a role, since it uses a lot of wafer area even if the package is stacked. The first is mentioned as measure, not package size.
The Gerald R Ford ships should dispel this myth.
