Yeah. Which leads me to believe something else wasn’t satisfactory on the application maybe. No clue though. It could be anything.

Hey! Shoot me a DM with what you’re trying to build. I might have data that you’d be interested in for your App.

There’s other non php alternatives that are making the rounds now that you might be interested in.

This is happening around the world. This is in relation to the recent php language vulnerability that’s been in the language since the late 2000s

I'd start with one question: would Stripe even open the account for you? Identity verification usually requires your residence card, which shows your visa status. Restricted visas like student get additional scrutiny for a business account, especially when the activity generates revenue. I can't confirm exactly how Stripe handles it, but given KYC requirements and the penalties involved, I'd assume a student account will face hard questions or get refused.
Part-time work (baito) under a student visa is a different thing from running a business. Your permit allows baito up to the hours it sets, but it doesn't cover self-employment or earning from a business for profit.
Also, there’s the post graduate transition to consider. Say you do get with immigration, get this approved to start a SaaS business on your visa, then you graduate and you have customers. Unless you can get that business manager visa, you have to move back to your old country. Now you’re facing “closing” your business and reopening in a new country, all while juggling payment processors. That comes with its own headaches. I just did a migration between processors for my business… was not fun.
As a SaaS owner myself, I love your drive to create, but now’s likely not the time to do so unless you happen to get on an unrestricted status.

PMDG uses the in-sim flight model AFAIK. Our plane is also using the in-sim model, so we're borked, I think. Fenix on the other hand, AFAIK, overrides the flight model entirely and it's externally handled.

No worries. I understand the hesitancy about applying for PR. Talking to an immigration specialist would be a good idea. A 行政書士 could review your partner’s tax, pension, and residence history and point out anything that might weaken the application. In the meantime, the job hunt is still the best path.

Hey, I’m sorry the job search has been so draining. Before you write off the Japan plan, there’s one question worth asking your partner: when would they be eligible to apply for permanent residence (永住権)? Depending on their visa history and length of residence, it could be years away, but it’s the key to the most flexible option you have.
If your partner gets PR, you can apply to change your status to 永住者の配偶者等 (Spouse of Permanent Resident), which falls under Table 2 (Unrestricted Visa). That means you could work in any job without needing a sponsor, and you wouldn’t be limited to one employer. It also opens the door to running your own business and seeking your own clients, which is a strong fit for someone with your background.
Until then, I’d keep up the job hunt. You have a bachelor’s degree and real web development experience, but work visas depend on the degree’s field and how well the role matches it. If your degree isn’t in a related field, you may need to show more relevant experience. Japanese immigration can be strict about this, so a clear job description and an employer who has sponsored before will help a lot.
Good luck. Your situation is harder than it looks from the outside, but it’s not a dead end.

Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. It's a standard hosting package for web applications, especially on shared hosts. If you've ever bought hosting from a company to host a website, 90% certain it's a LAMP stack.

Self-publishing makes sense for a niche project with a dedicated audience, and I’m not suggesting you give that up. Since you’re spending a lot of your free time on this and want to earn from it, I’d check a few things before you launch paid tiers or sales.
First, ask the Regional Immigration Services Bureau whether you need 資格外活動許可 (permission for activity outside your status). Your visa is in the Humanities/International Services category, so it’s worth settling this before you earn anything. A good explanation is here from a 3rd party https://english.visajapan.jp/shikakugai.html#2
Second, check your employer’s work rules on 副業 (side work). That’s usually set by your company rather than immigration law, so read your contract or ask HR.
Third, taxes. Patreon, Steam, or other sales income is generally taxable in Japan. If your miscellaneous income is over ¥200,000 after expenses, you’ll likely need to file a 確定申告. Platform fees, software, and tools may be deductible for the business portion, so keep records from the start. A tax accountant can help you sort out the details.
A free release with a donation link is generally the lowest-risk route, but regular donations can still look like income, so there’s no guaranteed safe option.
Good luck with the project!

It’s entirely dependent on what you’re doing. Looking at your other replies, you’re doing game development as a hobby. If you’re really good at game dev, I would heavily implore you to look for incubators or other avenues where you can be sponsored by a company to make games in return for the publishing rights. You’d want something similar to a YouTube MCN but for game devs.

The house was originally to be elected by the people of the state. The senate was originally elected by the state legislatures (which they got their marching orders from), whom are elected by the same constituents that elect the House of Representatives.
This changed with an amendment and now we have a situation where the second house kinda doesn’t fill the same purpose other than a balancer of state majorities rather than a populist majority.

For commercially off the shelf ones you can buy from RedBird and others for use in flight schools at the lower level, yes.
However, installing any additional software like GSX will void the certification as the simulator wasn’t certified with that software installed.
BossOfGames
No chance it’s either of those. For a full motion FTD, custom software that certified will be used.

They’re legit. I’m using 12 now for a project and was able to load my UI wherever I deployed. It’s actually genuinely refreshing too.
Does it have to be .NET 8? Why not use 10 which is the latest LTS release?

Don’t know. The court accepted the case because the procedure was followed and there’s standing. Whether the arguments hold up is another matter. I will not be surprised if the case is tossed based on the arguments.
That being said, the deal here is that they cannot argue that the vehicle is required for work. They argue that and it’s thrown out. If the argument is more humanitarian and medical, we begin to cross into a stance which could have a chance, but it’s an exceptionally slim chance and it’s a completely uphill battle.

I don’t think they’re on a legal work status at the moment. They’re likely on designated activities visas.

It can be more stupid than you thought. Depending on the foundry there’s separate licenses for if the font is used for web and print media.
BossOfGames
Which is what I said. Some licenses permit web use. Others don’t or are covered under a separate license. It’s entirely dependent on the font foundry.
Some of the new rules. AFAIK, the timing for Japanese marriage and duration in country, what visa time qualifies (3 vs 5) and language requirements are 27. Fees were October 1st and the financial requirements for pension and assets is retroactive.
