Mordekaiser is being released in Radiance. Could also have Pentakill.

Northland one is where I was so mad I paid $60 for bland chicken.

For future reference: Clarity Auto Glass near the stadiums has half-off Wednesdays for windshield repairs, walk-in only.

Crest Animal Hospital in Lee's Summit. I don't know what they charge these days but they are by far the most affordable.

ODESZA headlined Austin City Limits back in 2018, so they were huge 8 years ago.

I don't have gripes with NorthPoint. I've lived at one of their properties before and no complaints.
They do own a bunch of apartments in KC namely; CORE, Power and Light, the new one on 31st and Main.
At least with the one on 31st and Main, NorthPoint put in extra money for the condo owners at Park Reserve, who got fucked by their developer, for safety improvements and other fixes.
It's better someone take that space than letting it sit empty and rotting.

Unfortunately I think STL has a better food culture than KC, at least on the Asian front.

That's not the only building downtown that got hit with those crazy assessments. Western Auto got hit with around $50-80K per unit. The View got hit with around $50K too I believe.

Yes please! I might have to go the Vietnamese catering for rehearsal dinner since my venue seems pretty locked to preferred vendors.

I am Vietnamese and grew up eating pho in SoCal.
The best pho I've had in KC is at:
Nguyen Pho and Grill in the River Market (pretty decent, under new ownership now).
Paris Banh Mi in Westport (Also best banh mi as their make their bread in-house and actually have pate).
Pho Solar on Metcalf by the Walmart (they LOAD you up on meat and have an option for a whole beef rib). Probably my favorite right now.
BB Banh Mi in the northland used to have fresh made pho noodles, but I don't think they do anymore. Sad cause it was really good :( Good banh mi tho.
San's Sandwiches in the Northland has good banh mi. Bonus: they have what I call bo ne, but they call it lac nuoi, which is a hot skillet with beef, egg, pate, and other stuff served with bread.

Was it this building or the other twin building that just had a special assessment?

Hi! I am in KC planning a wedding soon. I am Vietnamese and wondering which Vietnamese food caterers you were looking at?
Thanks! :)

Medical device industry here. We don't ever say pure alcohol. We call it by it's proper name. Most the stuff we use is reagent alcohol which is a mixture of alcohols. Some occasions we use isopropyl.

The only time I've ever been in an earthquake was in San Diego and it was a small one. I ran for my life out of the house while my cousins were sitting there like "what are you doing."

I understand that cards are printed in the US or Japan, but this whole shipping thing reminds me of my days buying Labubu's and clothes from Shein/Temu and shipping process is almost identical to shipping items from China.
Item tracking would sit for days and suddenly update that it arrive in destination country (most of the time Melrose Park Illinois) and last mile carrier would be GOFO or UniUni. These guys are just gig workers so beware on not receiving your packages because they dgaf.

Dumbest decision by them. Handed to them free. It's also an iconic marker and imo should be maintained by people who decided to buy homes in that building.
I mean I understand why they don't want to pay for maintaining it considering they got hit with MASSIVE special assessments (between $50000-$80000 per owner) recently for building repairs, but still a very dumb decision by them.

Got hit downtown KCMO which is a first in like 10 years.
The one time I didn't move my car to the library garage 🫠

I have had Bac xiu but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. Da Vien premakes their base Vietnamese coffee with the condensed milk and pours it over ice when it's ordered, they then top it with whatever foam you order.
It's the base Vietnamese coffee that is so freaking good that I can't seem to replicate at home.

Don Purdue for sure. He's quirky and loves talking to you. His prices are fair and he'll always try to get you in if it's urgent.
I had a 2007 Honda that was at 212K miles before I purchased a newer Honda. Still ran great with some easy pick-n-pull replacement parts I did on my own.

I haven't found a place that keeps the meat chunky and the claws whole.
Cause I'm a cheap bitch, and prefer not to spend money on a mediocre lobster roll with barely any meat here's a great recipe using Argentinian shrimp as a substitute!
You can buy all the ingredients at Aldi. Costco also carries Argentinian shrimp at a good price.

When was there a Jollibee in OP? How have I never heard of this.
The Town Company, the pasty chef was a pastry chef at 3 star Michelin, 11 Madison Park in NYC. I dream about their masa harina sunday 🤤. Bonus, they also own Dear Donna which has amazing pudding but only open certain days for dinner.
I Am Leafy Dessert in OP, get yourself some bingsu (Korean shaved frozen milk) with toppings. They have other things like soft serve ice cream with taiyaki, and croffles.
A slice of cake from Tous Le Jour or 85C, Asian style sponge cake with whipped cream icing rather than buttercream. It's light and not too sweet.
Pier Pont's has rotating desserts. I love their creme brule.
Jack Stack for their carrot cake.
