Extella and Extella link ARE Dynasty Warriors in everything but name of the developer lol. They're also more story focused than Dynasty Warriors typically are with the Extella Link Being the weaker of the 2 imo.

Samurai Remnant actual DOES have Omega Force developing it and the combat is Musou/Warriors but the actual game flow has smaller encounters, emphasis on Boss/mid-boss fights, and you primarily play as 1 character with the ability to temporarily switch to a stronger character ala- Dynasty Warriors : Origins.
