If you don't have to change direction with gloves on its good. Or really change direction at all. That is my major complaint about it. The high speed fuel is way better for it.

I will admit I havent looked at the indx system very closely. Keeping it to one extruder that opens for tool changes makes sense. I am going to start saving up for a p3c if all thos works out as good as it looks like it could.

Great machine. I paid like $800 for mine a few years ago and don't regret it. I sold 2 people on this black friday deal at $479 with the coupon. And this deal is even better with the ams2.

I think you misunderstood what I was saying, because we view the Vortek technology differently.

I see the wireless nozzle control as the major technology. Having 9 heads and 9 wires seems like its asking for problems in both space and future maintenence. Utilizing the wireless/pinless connection from the Vortek would prevent those issues.

Is the vortex necessarily dead? If the hotends on the h3c are vortek nozzles they would fast swap with no wires or contacts to worry about. Put smaller inductive heaters in the rack to preheat your next nozzle and speed up changes even more.

I had knee surgery and Ender 3 v2s were on Black Friday sale. I knew I wanted one but didn't have a plan for exactly why.

Very quickly I started designing functional items for at home and at work. 90% of my prints are my own designed functional items. The Ender proved that 3d printing was the hobby I wanted, not working on the 3d printer. I replaced it a while back for a P1S.

In case you hadn't checked, they are the same sales prices.

Maybe this will help, '82 2.8l carb auto trans. Based on what I have learned this weekend is, that tree is basically a thermal switch for vacuum and like everything else in the system its probably junk. It does appear to go to the egr and the charcoal canister.

Broad_Science5927

I don't think they have officially announced or teased p3c. I bet it will work in there too.

Broad_Science5927

I would expect shortly after the h3c gets released Nov 3rd. It might be a bit of a delay if they try and get the impatient people to jump on the h series not knowing the p is coming soon.

Broad_Science5927

Agree. Based on the leaks and the hole in the current tiered pricing it should be close to your gift card amount ot at least in your budget.

Broad_Science5927

One of those is off the smog pump right? The 82 I got has 2 ports but only the crankcase hose. I replaced 74.4% of the hoses on the engine, but neglected anything that was going to the air cleaner.

Broad_Science5927

The nozzle flushes itself fine. I use one side of my buildplate for petg and the other for pla.

Broad_Science5927

H3c is likely double the h2s sale price. If I were in your situation I would get the h2s. My p1s experience is that build plate contamination seems to be a bigger issue than nozzle contamination when we are limiting to pla and petg.

Broad_Science5927

I didnt have a better name for the spool holder/feeder that held the rolls on top of the machine, not ams as they are now. I am just trying to have fun speculating nothing more. But now that you mention it, (1) 4 spool AMS x (7) tool changers would be 28 rolls (not just colors)

Broad_Science5927

Or the P3c is the gateway to the x3c. X would have a few more options like active heated chamber, maybe 2 tool change heads. Keeps left loaded with #1 while right switches between secondary colors.

Broad_Science5927

That should be the point though. I don't need a 300mm+ build plate and shouldn't be punished for that. I am still betting on 7 and the price being about $1099 usd.

Broad_Science5927

My money would be on 7. H2C is 492mm wide, at 9 nozzles that is 54.7mm/nozzle. P2S is 392mm wide which would be enough for 7. Also, AMS for h3c design is 5 in front 4 in back. Ams for p3c should be 4 in front 3 in back (making 7).

Broad_Science5927

A p2s would be a good machine to get into the hobby. Just have to pay attention to the basics at the start; dry filament, clean bed, don't try to defy gravity.

Bambustudio doesnt take a lot of computer to run, slicing big complicated models will just take a bit longer.

Broad_Science5927

The real life justification for the x2d is limited to if you are doing single color on main nozzle and support interface material on the aux. Doing 2 color toys (like a blue dragon with black eyes) would be about the extent of the second nozzle. You don't save that much time or material though and add a second system to have to maintain or can break.

Broad_Science5927

Do you have experience with any other printers? If you do then it will be easy to pickup. If not then you will have frustrating times, but in the end should be happy. I have had a p1s for a few years and it was such a good move from an ender 3.

For storing filament; zip lock bags or plastic totes are a minimum. Depending on humidity where you live you may have to do more, or dry rolls after storage.

Broad_Science5927

As soon as they support 2 different sized nozzles I will buy an h2d. I like tge smaller size of the x2d but I want 2 true servo nozzles.

Oof. Yours looks like way more of a project than mine. My inner rocker and floor are still solid.
