Yes bin is only practical option. If we went with dumpster, there is no favorable place to put them. Also it would attract non HOA people dumping trash.

Hi, read your posting history and seems you are looking for this movie. I found it, but in the 2 months I have swapped hard drives around and would need to look for it. Also, 1 had subs, and another had actual dubbed English audio.

Made the mistake of buying years ago, but cancelled during the mandatory "cooling off period". Was military so with the might of Navy Legal Office I was lucky enough to get out and get all my money back. Now I just take a timeshare vacation on the secondary market, when some poor gullible person is trying to sell their week for whatever they can get. $200 or $300 sure beats an "investment" of $10,000 - $15,000 and yearly maintenance fees.

Join the club. The trash issue seems an odd place to save a few dollars per homeowner. The HOA has zero control what the trash company does. On the other hand the HOA has 100% control of irrigation which actually has higher budget that trash. The sprinkler heads are misaligned and spray water on the roads instead of the lawns. The sprinklers come on even if it is raining as it works on only a timer system. We spend thousands on irrigation water, then spend thousands to cut the lawn back because it grows so fast and lush. Also, who knows if they have told the city to exempt the water used for irrigation from the sewer fees placed on water usage.

I don't need to ask, I went and tried to reach into a 44 inch tall bin. My chest does NOT bend and my armpit stops my arm (22 inches) from reaching further into the bin at 22 inches. That leaves 22 inches of garbage at the bottom that is unreachable. I am not leaving that much garbage to further stay in my garage for another week to save a couple of dollars. I can guarantee you that 90% of the resident here won't either.
