When the game first came out there was this magic. Where every raid was different, sometimes you'd have friendly interactions, and sometimes you had hostile interactions, all in the same raid. Youd fight arc together, or you'd team up with other players and fight off other players.

And then somewhere down the line ABMM got introduced or got heavily tuned and it's only gone down hill from there. Now you are either put into carebear lobbies or sweat lobbies. Now people are extremely aware of their ABMM and won't even defend themselves when getting attacked. Or if you go on a heavy PvP spree in one raid and want to do the matriarch in the next, well good luck because you're only gonna be facing rats and nobody will be doing any PvE or helping each other. So guess what now you gotta do a few naked runs to lower your ABMM. In short it's completely destroyed emergent gameplay where interactions happened organically.

PvE mode to a lot of people who enjoy PvPvE is antithisis to what made arc raiders so special in the beginning. ABMM dug the hole and PvE mode will be the last nail in the coffin because people will farm gear in PvE and then go to the Normal mode to do PvP essentially destroying what made the game special and splitting the game into PvP and PvE.

Hell no. I like late spawns. Just means I get to farm basic materials in relative peace

That's really bizarre. You only ever see wait times like that in oceanic servers cause of low player counts. I'd reset the clock after a few minutes next time.

You keep interchanging PvP and PvPvE when they aren't the same. Yeah no shit pure PvP players don't care about this mode, use your brain ffs. People complaining about it are people who like PvPvE, where interactions aren't always the same. Sometimes you find friendly players sometimes you find hostile players. I seriously don't understand how you guys aren't comprehending that at this point.

You're usually far enough out people can't reliably two tap you before throwing a smoke and barricading. Just need to be smart about it.

Or it's someone who is tired of PvE lobbies and trying to get back to normal lobbies. It's seriously not hard to accidentally get into friendly lobbies if you are doing a few looting runs in a row. It's happened to me a few times and I have to remember to shoot someone every once in awhile.

Game is early access and they communicated they would be wiping frequently and participating is agreeing to be a tester essentially.
