Given that each page only gives you like 10 reviews, of which 0 are informative, and every time you click on "next page" it takes an amount of loading time that was already hardly acceptable even 15 years ago when we all struggled with ADSL/VDSL let alone today, surely you can accept a small amount of annoyance, yes? Especially for VPN users who get captcha'd every 5 seconds like there's anything of interest on there for an actual bot to do.
