Yes, individual Security Defaults controls can work alongside Conditional Access polcies. You no longer need to disable Security Defaults just to create CA policies. These controls also work together rather than overriding one another. For example, a custom CA policy does not override a Security Defaults requirement. The users must satisfy all applicable requirements from both Security Defaults and Conditional Access policies.

Being the person who listens to everyone while feeling like you have no one to turn to can be incredibly lonely. But, don’t think your feelings don’t matter just because others haven’t noticed them. You don’t have to give up on finding genuine connections just because you haven’t found the right people yet. I hope life gets a little kinder to you.

In the end, all I got was a broken heart. I gave my best, cared deeply, and kept forgiving, only to watch them choose someone else over me. It hurts to realise that someone you would never give up on could give you up on so easily. May be the hardest lesson I learnt is that no matter how much you love or care someone, you can't make them choose you.

Don't trust anyone too easily, and learn to enjoy your own company. Not everyone will stay, and that's okay!!
