Warm nations create polychronic cultures. I don't know why or how, but compare south europe with north europe, or south asia with north asia. Cool places have cool people, warm places have warm people. BUT, sure, this is a general cultural thing, individuals are different. I'm brazilian, and I'm an introvert INTJ, and I know a russian girl who is 100x more "latina" than me and everyone in my family.
Maybe that happens because the sun boosts your mood, because cold winters make people be more strict, methodic and organized, maybe because we are more religious, maybe because are less competitive, I don't know.

I don't know. Other characters share all the traits she has but receive less hate than she does. Scarlet Witch is powerful, yet more beloved. Emma Frost is blonde, yet more beloved. Black Widow had a worse movie, yet is more beloved. Wasp didn't make a billion, yet gets less hate.
I think her problem lies more in the execution of all those elements combined.
For some reason I can't quite explain, I feel she gives off an "out of place" vibe, she seems like a character disconnected from the rest of the Marvel universe, someone who appeared out of nowhere claiming she’d been there all along, while being overpowered right from the start.
She isn't a Mary Sue, but she looks like one from a distance. That can trigger an immediate aversion in some people, even if they don't understand why.
Wanda and Natasha gained fans organically, while Captain Marvel felt like a forced attempt to manufacture a fanbase, as if Marvel were saying, "This is our Wonder Woman, you have to love her or else you're sexist", while those very fans (both men and women) actually prefer Wanda and Natasha.
Those two feel more like Marvel characters: people with complicated lives who aren't overpowered, and so on. Wanda is powerful but doesn't fully master that power, she is complex, much like the Sentry. Captain Marvel is a Superman. When she says something arrogant in Endgame, it lands differently than when Tony Stark does, Tony and the audience are both aware of his weaknesses, but Carol is OP, knows it, enjoys it, and doesn't have many struggles to balance it.
Kamala’s admiration for her feels odd because we didn’t see Captain Marvel performing great feats on Earth during Kamala’s time to get such admiration, she spent most of her time saying she was too busy protecting other planets. So, unlike other Marvel characters, she lacks an emotional connection to Earth in the same level all ther characters have. Guardians of the Galaxy is different because Peter Quill is from Earth, and the Guardians form a close bond with one another. Captain Marvel didn’t have that, she looks like a Power Ranger who appeared out of nowhere, punched Thanos, said "I'm stronger than everyone", and left.
The number of men I know who are fans of the MCU's Wanda is hugets. And Carol has had so many comics both as Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel, so it’s not like fans don't like female characters or don't like Carol. They just don't like the MCU's version of Carol. And you can't say they didn't try to like her, considering her first movie made a billion. And these things are consumed by men and women. Both genders like Wanda, Yelena, and Natasha more than Carol.
Yelena has only just arrived and already has plenty of fans. Even Agatha has a huge fanbase now, the issue isn't misogyny, the problem is that the MCU's Carol simply lacks the level of charisma in her execution that characters like Gamora, Peggy, or even Valentina possessed.
I (man) didn't like her MCU movie, but in the comics, she has been one of my favorite Marvel characters since I started reading Marvel back in 2011. So, it’s not because I hate women that I don’t like the movie; it’s because I don't like the movie, simple as that. There are good movies and bad movies, movies that please some people and movies that displease others.

1 - What is your favorite food?
2 - How are the relationships between Christians and Muslims there?
3 - Do modern Egyptians feel connected with ancient Egypt with the pharaohs and pyramids, or they "no, we are different people, not those guys from the pyramids and animal headed gods."

I’ve met many Brazilian women, not necessarily Catholic, who sell nude photos online to pay for college, once they’ve paid off their tuition, they stop, as they only did it out of financial necessity.
While it may not be a particularly virtuous course of action, I think this illustrates how various economic, historical, and social factors affecting certain countries can lead to higher rates of sexual immorality.
Latin America, in particular, is a complex region: native civilizations, European empires, slavery, all the turmoil between the US and Russia during the Cold War, there are so many factors involved.
In certain contexts, a woman's sensuality is more a weapon of survival than of manipulation, and sometimes it is the only option she finds. This sort of thing can foster a promiscuous culture, especially in poorer regions.
It was not the Church that caused this culture, this is merely the weeds that other factors sowed among the wheat the Church planted.
