How "ready to go" are we talking? If patting dry and seasoning some meat is within the acceptable range, chicken thighs. Hit em with the classic 5 spices and toss them in with a small (keyword: small) serving of Kirkland French fries for some carbs. 22 minutes @ 380. That's my go-to lazy and healthy enough dinner

When you order a pepperoni, you get a normal amount of cheese. When you order a cheese, on the back end they consider it "extra cheese" and put double the amount of cheese. Hence why it's more calories than pepperoni despite seemingly having no toppings

Goes without saying that you gotta season them up, but they're pretty great in the air fryer. Can't beat the price either, something like $2.49/lb. Next closest I know of is the Walmart wings that clock in at like $2.79/lb. They're a decent size per wing too, not many baby sized wings like you get from Walmart.
Personally they're my lazy man's dinner basically every night. Thaw em the night before, season them with baking powder, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and smoked paprika, throw em in the air fryer for about 25 minutes, glaze with honey BBQ at the end. A serving or two of Kirkland French fries in the other air fryer basket at the same time, broccoli roasting in the oven.
It ain't a perfect diet meal, but it tastes great, is way cheaper and generally better glazed than store bought BBQ wings, and is healthy enough. Gets me like 60g of protein, enough carbs to recover well after lifting, stays under 700cal, and it's super easy to just throw in the air fryer after coming home dead tired from the gym.

Preheat to 375, spray with cooking spray, salt + pepper + garlic powder (or whatever seasonings you want, but this is ol reliable for me), 10-12 minutes, shake halfway through, squeeze of lemon juice when it's done. Properly dry the broccoli, don't overcrowd the basket, and it's basically bulletproof. I make that in one basket and the Kirkland wings in the other, works out perfectly

Based on exactly two data points I can say with certainty that Lowlight has a thing for terse and secluded heroines who undergo massive suffering and have green in their hair.
And they share similar fates

Then Reed would be up there with Degen in height, Hellagur would steal Mountain's #1 spot, and Vulpis and Suzu would get like 20 cm

Midra has no adequate response to just standing in his nuts and deflecting every attack he does, and his poise is so low that two guard counters with basically anything will break him. Dude may have the biggest HP pool in the DLC but in my book, he's a free 400k runes.
On the other hand, I have no adequate response to the Dancing Lion making my camera turn inside out and somersault into my characters asshole every 3 seconds.

At least he gets to keep his left nut

Honestly, for 7 bucks you can do a lot worse than 7/11 pizza. Just make sure to order the whole pizza so they make it fresh for you.

Best part is that it removes the worst designed miniboss encounter in the game. That putrid tree spirit arena can suck my entire ass
