1000 priuses (prii?) moving at 10 mph have more collective momentum (and kinetic energy) than an Abram tank moving at 10 mph. (i.redd.it)

Ok like off the top of my head I can't actually name a distribution that uses networkd out of the box?

I've actually disabled ipv4 on my main wifi network. I've set up tayga and dns64 for it. I have another network with my isp's ap in case things break so the rest of my family doesn't suffer but since I've set it up everybody's been using the v6 only network without any issues. I'm working towards making my servers v6, right now they're dual stack.

Just want to put this out there, I have fun working with it

Also 299,972,358 m/s isn't the speed of light through glass, the light will be traveling about 30% slower then that

I actually switched from arch in frustration all the way back when gnome 40 came out because it took so long for them to package it

yeah, or sometimes you're on site and you have your tools, and you just need to get it working. Not to mention this is totally reversible minus an inch or two

I've actually really been liking rocky (gee, it's almost like it's been designed for that.) It gives me just enough certainty on how things are supposed to work

Also have to consider mobile controls should disappear on mobile, the server may be better at handling that. However modal windows still need the controls, in Libadwaita modal windows aren't their own window so the server doesn't have anything to do with them, and the client ends up doing the controls anyways for the modal window.

idk, I like client side because if you put a gnome app on kde, it doesn't look well integrated. I guarantee it'll look 10x worse with kde controls.

Hi N

I don't care about desktop software but I avoid php and python like the plague unless they're well maintained

For the most part won't be exposed, but the Unifi Controller uses MongoDB.

and not a single line of javascript

man... there's an entire group of people who didn't have to suffer with the gnome-shell-integration browser extension

lmk if you figure something out. I've been able to get a single ipv6 address assigned to a client device but never a prefix assigned via bridge mode.

Hey so I know there's a bit of a software issue as well but it never really bothered me as it only happened in my hand or when I pushed on it with my finger. However I just blew my nose earlier today and ever since then my left airpod has been completely screwed. ANC is super bad on it and I'm getting the feedback/screeching in it. I'm wondering if you also could have blown your nose with them in?

I bury it under other windows, or leave it on another workspace. I don't have to think about getting rid of it, I just focus my attention somewhere else. It's easy to find if I need it again in the overview.

rnote+syncthing works pretty well.

Best place to check is the postmarketos/mobian device compatibility lists

real tea lights have an aluminum dish. With these you can see the top half glowing as it's made of transparent plastic, not aluminum.
