I had my court order certificate for court records and sent everything in last week. Its what the application asks for.

CapersandCheese

Maybe the embryos were leftover from a partner who passed.

CapersandCheese

I had an ex who would do that.. get plastered and act out.... just leave.

CapersandCheese

Ok awesome. And dont feel bad I literally had no idea what that was till I was hit.

CapersandCheese

You didnt file a no fault claim

If your child is struggling in school, have them assessed to find out what is causing it without attempting to paint the issue as something external.

I highly doubt that you have the one neruotypical kid in a class of maniacs and the issue that needs to be addressed is 100% the environment.

My kid does have an iep and is 100% the distraction(i have directtly witnessed it), you know what the other kids do? They are annoyed, entertained, or attempt to help her concentrate. You know what she does? Act insane and say that everything to too much and she can't concentrate.

At home she is perfect (when she wants to be) with zero issues.

The other kids are developing and performing just fine with the disruptions because managing that is a part of development that they are successful at without interventions.

My kid, not so much. She loses it when she isn't in control of everything too.

Ask for an assessment and hold your tongue if supports are suggested to help your child succeed.

My kid is terrifyingly brilliant but still needs help. No shame in it at all.

CapersandCheese

Omg absolutely complain. I was that kid who was placed to help control disruptive kids. It is unfair to your child.

If it keeps happening, escalate it, in writing.

I ended up taking action on my own as a child and they very quickly learned I don't tolerate being annoyed and will not be the voice of reason if forced into it.

They probably could have asked with a better response from me but that would not have been appropriate as I was also a child.

Anyway, look up "managing by proximity"

Good kids shouldn't be penalized for doing well.

At no point did your wife consider your own mental health while she was draining support from you. She probably had no idea it was something that needed to be consisidered.

Regardless of the reasons why, your reasonable (probably too little) break from the stress of the constant external coping she was doing, was an expected step of self care that any therapist you may have or should have had probably would have suggested.

She was beyond any help you could give and probably should have been in a hospital for that time.

Succumbing to suicide is the worse for the surviving loved ones because there is very little help when the trigger is flipped suddenly.

There probably was nothing that could legally get her the help she needed involuntarily. Or the signs were so subtle they are only clear in retrospect.

Taking care of yourself is never something anyone should feel guilty for.

Are you sure he isnt couch surfing other places too? Mom's place is home base and if he lived with you he would be expected to be home the vast majority of the time instead of the 2 or 3 days he spends with you.

He enjoys hes freedom and is telling you he doesnt want to give that to for you for any reason.

I'd reject it. 5 interviews later and they can't stick to a number?

Whatever the factors are causing this its not in your favor.

It also seems like they dont actually want you to take it.

I say trust them and walk. You are young. You'll get more opportunities, just keep doing what you do

CapersandCheese

The natural consequences do NOT have to result in a negative experience btw.

My kid refuses to get up in the morning or do anything to get out on time.

So she gets babied every morning.

It's actually super cute as long as I get up early enough to do it. Otherwise steps are skipped and she is annoyed.

But my answer always is.... if you do it yourself then you dont have to worry.

Not in a punishment way but explaining why I tell her to participate in the routine.

At some point maturity and independence will take over but for now I maintain the routine on her behalf.

CapersandCheese

Take a step back and realize that you are the one posting here, not him.

If he isnt doing at least this much while unemployed, why are you doing it on his behalf?

Audit your own finances and see what you are actually responsible for, if your income supports it, pay only that and let him figure out what he needs to do to keep up.

If they aren't already, separate all finances and accounts. Cut all access to your money from him as possible and only then consider giving him a small allowance to enable him to look for work by a deadline you have set, if you can afford it.

Not saying he's lazy. But you are at a point where you need to protect yourself from the consequences of failure.

Its ont thing having bad day or week or even month.. but a whole year of failing to provide for your family is not sustainable.

CapersandCheese

You do have to keep the money and have it avaliable for when they do sue you for non-payment too. Its still obligated to pay them unless you get an abatement front the courts.

Also file for a decrease in services and an hpd action.

The 311 complaints are pretty useless I found out but still do them just to have it on record

CapersandCheese

I just filed an HP action to try and force repairs. Withholding rent didn't work and its been nearly a year.

CapersandCheese

Remove him from daycare completely and take him out to socialize intentionally.

If you have the time and resources that make daycare optional then you have the time to do whatever it is homeschooling kids do. Alternatively, if your husband needs to isolated... he can probably make some arrangements to avoid getting sick when his kid is sick.

Probably need to come up with a plan with his doctors if he's so fragile.

CapersandCheese

As tough as it is a judge probably isn't taking you seriously since you all live in the same house.

If its SO DANGEROUS, you are ultimately the one who has failed to protect her from that environment.

If the father was trying to get custody that would make more sense.

Granting shared custody is just putting on paper what you already have set up by living there.

They have a claim because your defense is showing that you are willing to have your kid there as long as court isn't involved but still live there even with these supposed conditions still being an issue.

If they do consider it and rule in your favor. You are willfully endangering your child due to the same facts.

CapersandCheese

Front and rear, skip the interior.

And give all the access to him, have it be a passive monitor in case something happens, now you keeping him under surveillance.

CapersandCheese

Pay it and keep the rest? You should look up what tax brackets are and how they work.

CapersandCheese

Waht kind of NDA could he have made you sign. Did you have a business together and he managed to buy you out without you actually benefitting financial from it and now your stuck begging him for 50 bucks?

Im gonna guess he tricked you into believing he has control over you in some way. Thats like saying you gotta sign a prenuptial so you get zero in a divorce. That not enforceable either.

You can't sign yourself into slavery or destitution and think the courts are gonna entertain it in business or personal relationships the way he wants you to think it works.

File for it.

And use that NDA as proof of financial abuse.

CapersandCheese

Leave him.

He doesnt want the baby.

Life will be easier without him.

CapersandCheese

Contact the courts asap. In my state you have 30 days to dispute a child support order. That's probably the easiest way to vacate it. Just go to family court yourself.

CapersandCheese

Isn't the statute of limits long over by now?

CapersandCheese

You can take a look and see if there are any caregiver protections that cover you, or if you haven't exhausted all of your parental leave to cover the Saturdays.

CapersandCheese

Report it to venmon and do not touch it
