Seems like every nation has its version of chavs, aka the lowest common denominator. They all suck, a huge majority refuse to get a job but always manage to get drunk or high, they keep popping out kids and not actually parenting them in any sense, just so they get more handouts. Absolute dregs of society that put more strain on all our infrastructure and services.

Imagine how peaceful the world would be without them, no wonder the rich try to make gated communities and bunkers. And no I'm not loaded, I just have a shred of self awareness so I wouldn't want to make other people's lives worse because someone on public transport said a mean thing to me.

You can't argue your way towards changing my memories. It wasn't a singular "core memory" as its been described, it was a daily reminder I walked past for years that resulted in a question about a sweatshirt. It wasn't some half remembered conversation years later either, I saw it daily for years.

I take regular medication breaks and now im older ive found the following things are critical:

Sleep length and quality Vitamins etc Exercise

For sleep I needed to create a healthy routine that allows me to get 6-8 hours of solid sleep, found that hypnosis helps me

I take regular multivitamins, omega 3, creatine, lions mane, biotin and vitamin D.

Exercise, find something you like doing and do it as much as possible. For me that's cycling, weights, pulll up bar and swimming. Your body wants and needs to move, it's not about getting 'ripped'. It's about movement and frequency, humans need to move more than we do on average nowadays.

You sound like you haven't touched a PC or a woman since the 90s.

I turn on my PC, press power on my controller and enter big picture mode, my settings are high for almost everything as I bought a high enough spec when prices were less ridiculous. If its a new game I spend 20 secs on settings just to make sure its all on high.

If you need hours to do all that you need professional help.
