If you can, why not buy a small mini fridge from Target or Wal-Mart? That would mean you could have some cold cuts, cheese slices, mayo & mustard in there as well as a few drinks, and you could have sandwiches and other stuff like that.
If not: husband could make up some pb&J sandwiches; you could get a small cooler and husband could pack in some cold cuts/cheese/ and leave you with a loaf of bread. or make you some ham/cheese, turkey, tuna sandwiches, etc and pack them in ice.
One other thing if you can swing it is a small electric pot, and then you can have soups and oatmeal and things like that as well.

Ooh baked, I love that! Can you share the recipe?
CatCafffffe
Wow, that's a great idea! I will totally have to do that next year.

In Los Angeles, especially, where you can be in traffic for hours--which is demonstrably and objectively wasting two to three hours of your employees time. And in a business where any creative work is already done in person together at specific times and places, but most of the business (making deals, hearing pitches, deciding on what to move forward with) can 100% be done remotely. There's literally no "oh let me walk out to the corridor and brainstorm." There's no brainstorming except at dedicated creative meetings that are already scheduled (and most of those don't need to be in person too). It's pure spite to get people to quit.

He's not just siding with the abuser over the victim, he's literally continuing the abuse of a 12 year old girl

It actually does when you add it up.

The Ghost of Sifty Sifty Sam by Angela Shelf Medearis

Oh right of course. I couldn't remember the chronology, thanks!
CatCafffffe
Right? It defies belief!
CatCafffffe
It's hideous, and yet, very accidental renaissance
CatCafffffe
Exactly!

He and his father are such utter filth. Absolute traitors.

Lithgow started out as a sitcom star! "3rd Rock from the Sun"

He nailed your head to a coffee table
Well 'e 'ad to, didn't he? I'd transgressed the unwritten lor.

I mean, have we forgotten Richard & Bob Mortimer in Hamburg?

I think it's hilarious

I think some of them just aren't very good at it! Like the kid who "had to walk home in his swimsuit" and accidentally said he was in the hotel pool and then couldn't dig himself out of the hole
CatCafffffe
Absolutely crushed it. LOVE that movie. Great shout! "Note to self: feed tuna mayonnaise"
CatCafffffe
I know! You just did NOT see that coming!

They voted for it. Millions of us warned them, over and over and over.

In crafting a good joke, one of the most important things is to repeat and repeat and repeat and use lots and lots and lots and lots of words and still not make any sense

It's his dementia. He's losing the ability to control his mouth and its noises.

I cannot even express in WORDS the degree to which this didn't happen
