Kept it around 225f till I wrapped it meat temp was 160s at that point then bumped it up to 275 on the smoker. Left it in till internal was 203 and prob tender

ChapterOk7618

With the bone total weight was 7 pounds took 6 1/2 hours plus about an 1 1/2 hour rest. Seasoned with SPG

ChapterOk7618

Yes sir. Cooks just about the same

ChapterOk7618

Made homemade tzatziki lol

ChapterOk7618

Just salt pepper and garlic. Bark came out awesome with it

ChapterOk7618

I added one on the vent side when I’m smoking stuff like a brisket or pork shoulder.

ChapterOk7618

😆 yes!!! Amen

ChapterOk7618

😂 saves on the clean up

ChapterOk7618

Kinders (the blend)

ChapterOk7618

There is no water bowl in a PBC

Just get a regular chuck roast and keep it up. Try to keep them as evenly cut as possible then use whatever kind of rub that you like for this in particular I just use salt pepper and garlic. Cook it at about 225 for a few hours, I use Hickory wood myself, but use your wood of choice obviously once they get the bark that you like, I put them in a pan with whatever sauce that you prefer and cover it and put it back on the grill at 2:25 until they tender. It’s hard to say an exact temperature. I just do it until they’re pro tender

ChapterOk7618

It’s just regular mashed potatoes

ChapterOk7618

Just used a tap and then a drill to drill the hole for the probe. Can’t remember the exact size drill bit I used honestly but it’s an easy process. Definitely voids the warranty but those kettles last forever

ChapterOk7618

Pulled it at 137 carryover took it to 146
