As long as you have claimed it you should just have to wait, I don't quite know how long but I recon a day or 2 and it should show up in game.

Do you have any plans and are you actively working on fixing some of the problems on Xbox. I get that Mnk and d-dossing have no easy fix but it's a massive problem. Half of the matches I play on Xbox have someone using Mnk and it's getting really annoying at this point. I personally have never been dossed but I know the problem is huge on Xbox.
