She has a right not to be disturbed by the smell just as much as you do not to be harassed by her and her yelling/shouting.The smell would be considered a disturbance and would be handled as such,consumption in a private dwelling is legal,there is little to nothing she can do about it,however if your landlord does order you to stop you would have to.If she persists with the yelling get a harassment order against her at the magistrates court,until then just continue being respectful and smoke far away like you have been she cant force you to stop

Threatening yes,putting their face in your car and you want to call the police?where did the op say the beggar is threatening them?go read again.Aggresive begging on its own is questionable.Yes begging on its own is an offence but be real you can't police it so I don't know what you to be achieved by calling the police because realistically even if you call the police because someone stuck their face in your car what do you expect the police to do,charge them?with what?I think you need to go and re-read your question.
