Depends on difficulty level. Weapons will level faster than your character. The fastest way to improve account level is to level all the characters to around 6-8 to expedite getting to level 30 to rotate

On the earlier difficulties you will not get much character exp if you are sticking around to explore or to kill enemies. Character exp is mainly from mission completion and completion of side objectives. I would recommend getting some upgrades to make a comfortable build. From there you can increase the difficulty level and you should notice a decent boost to how much character exp you will receive. Higher difficulties will only help if you can keep or improve the time to finish each mission

I buy mine from either the local camera shop or micro center. I’ll never buy one online unless it’s directly from Nintendo and even then it’s easier for me to just get it done same day with a bit of driving. Too many issues with fake cards on eBay and even with Amazon on occasion (likely “returns”)

Ask your faction members at base if they can assist with some basics or if you can tag along and collect some gear wherever they were heading. When looting you can drop the rear grip and the magazine to maximize storage and you could even keep only the best paying parts to limit weight and maximize inventory

MOA on the pistols is a pain to work with and unless it’s Libra Snail you need to be really close to hit em hard enough for it to matter
