I dont have a source on this but it seems pretty obvious to me that the inflation we've experienced the last couple years was due to the stimulus checks that congress passed for during covid.

I dont see anything wrong with their analysis. But just because their tax cuts helped out middle class more than the upper earners does not mean that we don't need to raise taxes again. We cannot keep piling onto our deficit to buy the appeal of voters.

Cutting military budget is the obvious one. And raising taxes. It's just going to take someone in power who does the unpopular things

I really don't like the term 'greedflation'. Companies can and will set their prices however they feel will make them the most money, that's just how a market works. The problem isn't on that side. The problem is when an a whole market segment is dominated by a small amount of businesses and then they start working together to behave like a monopoly.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but all I can find is that she said she wanted to Crack down on mergers and acquisitions that might lead to monopolistic types of situations in the food industry, resulting in price fixing. I'm pretty sure that's it, and the media has been going nuts with it with headlines like she plans to 'fix prices' of food and such. Pretty ridiculous.
