To be clear you should read the guides.

However, I took it from your post that your out of time on that front. Cips used to have the mock tests on their website iirc. Also Google CIPs L4M2 exam questions and loads of websites pop up. Definetely check out study buddy on you tube as she presents the key concepts in an easy to digest video or 3. If you look at the high level syllabus on cips website that also shows what you need to understand.

Looks like new buy vs straight rebuy vs modified rebuy, business cases, direct vs indirect costs, whole life asset management costing, sectors, porters 5 forces, conformance vs performance specs, value analysis vs value engineering.

As someone else said practice tests and Study Buddy. My exam technique, for what it's worth, is plough through the questions that you know and mark those your not 100% on. Return to the ones you marked up on a second pass. There are normally at least 1 of 2 obvious incorrect answers.

He must have a crap memory if he had to write that down. Oh wait, I get it he's being a performative fool.

Your voice is an instrument too.

Have you been learning to sing as well as learning guitar?

Singing along to a song your playing is not learning how to use your voice.

Ultimately these are private companies. Many have complex structures with multiple legal entities. Therefore, the EU operations for some of these are literally European companies. They may have American parents but push come to shove, they could be run independently.

It's weird that so many see these companies as somehow In the ownership of America the nation. They are private companies and will find ways to trade around any strange rules the US government might look to put in place. Some have suggested that the government could just take control of these companies, but how realistic is that. Also, trying to square this with the rhetoric that the US is about freedom and Europe is a nanny state is funny.

Also, hey allies let me berate your government, set your defence spending priority whilst screwing your economy by starting resource wars and imposing tariffs, threatening your sovereign territory including with military action, cosy up to your enemies and actively support others that claim a right to your territory. Of course no one wants to support America right now.

We really are at the end times aren't we?

Or they could just make an hour in the day for departments to mingle and integrate that isn't personal time.

Surely if something is important to the wellbeing and development of the business, they would make time in the business day for it? If the answers no then do they really believe it's as valuable as they suggest?

I do think it is important for what it's worth, but why has it got to be in the employees time?

I listened to Remains of the Day on Audible read by Dominic West. It was beautiful and sad.

In the first two or three seasons she was good but then it kind of felt like she was the only person to have been subjected to Gileads ways.

Her friends call her out on it on a few occasions and then she sought of apologises and then, bang, off she goes on someone else. I think the writing took a dip and they really struggled to find ways to make it compelling with her outside of Gilead.

Some of the choices were not credible: Ditching your kid you've gotten to safely to go and speculatively wonder around the US in the hopes of finding your other child, constantly finding reasons to go back and fight, forgiving or, at least, budding up with Serena. None of it made sense. Elisabeth Moss is a solid actress but I think it went too long and I lost empathy for the character because of her odd and reckless choices.
