That’s a fair concern, and I understand why you’d feel that way.
I’m actually an art teacher, and I’ve been teaching children for over 9 years. I teach drawing myself, and I have real students who create their own artwork during our lessons.
I’ve been experimenting with AI for some of the website visuals, but the actual teaching, drawing demonstrations, and feedback come from me.
You’re right that showing more of my own artwork and my students’ real work would be a much better way to build trust.
I appreciate you pointing that out. It’s genuinely helpful feedback as I’m still building the website.

Thank you so much for taking a look! ❤️
The private gallery is included with the course, so there’s no extra charge. It’s a space where kids can share their artwork as they learn.
And thank you for pointing that out! I hadn’t realized it wasn’t clear on the website. I’ll definitely make that easier to understand. 😊

Wooo,She’s doing soooo great. Did she come up with the character herself, or was she drawing from a picture?

As an art teacher, I’d actually suggest keeping things really simple! 😊
Since your 10-year-old loves animation, why not try a little “character design day” once a week?
Start with one small skill, like facial expressions. Have her draw the same character looking happy, angry, and surprised. Then let her invent her own character and give it a personality!
Your 7-year-old can join in too, maybe by designing a funny pet or a little sidekick.
One thing I’ve noticed teaching kids is that they get much more excited when they’re creating something of their own, rather than just copying a picture.
Even 20 minutes a week is a great start. And you definitely don’t need to prepare an entire art curriculum yourself! ❤️
For second graders, I love mixing free drawing with one small skill each week. For example, you could spend 15 minutes exploring how simple shapes turn into animals or characters, then let your child invent their own. You really don’t need an expensive class to make art time meaningful. 🎨
