This is the first time I have had this issue since I removed the Russian flag in my flair. I refuse to change it further since the amount of research I put in just about every age of Russian history makes it relevant as I can answer some niche questions about it if there are no Russians to do it.

In fact it happens a lot more in subreddits like r/aviation which are full of NAFO bots. This place has thus far been quite alright.

Nothing is in English because you're in Italy. We speak Italian because at least a part of our country has yet to be sold to the USA.

That being said, speed signs are numerical. Any language using 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 can read them. Speed limits aren't notified outside of those signs, so you're not at a disadvantage compared to Italian-speaking people.

I wonder though, did you get a ticket? Nobody follows those limits where I live and nobody gets tickets.
