The imini2 is also nice, not quite as bright but is magnetic and rechargeable.
Comgitmeh
That’s how racist terms make in into the vernacular.

Have you tried rubbing dirt on the affected area?
But in all seriousness, spend the money for some good shoes and different insoles if you need. And yeah it sounds cliche but stretch out, doesn’t even have to be every day or intensive but keeping your body from tightening up because of standing in one position for hours on end will help. I’m 31 been in kitchens for 16 years, aside from good shoes and stretching occasionally the only other thing I can recommend is looking into getting a chiropractor. If you can afford it, people talk shit about chiropractors but I’ve been going once a week for about a year or so and my chronic lower back pain is pretty much gone. Unless I’m being reckless and doing dumb shit. But I guess tldr is get a pair of shoes/boots that are comfortable and go from there. And everyone will give 10,000 different recommendations about kitchen shoes so I’m not starting that debate hah. I will say before spending a fair amount of money do your research. I have had a pair of Blundstone boots for about two years and they have served me very well, with daily wear. Got them on sale and other than the insole starting to fall apart they have already lasted a lot longer than most of my work shoes.

Keep it going

Worked at a place where the straws were just skinny enough to fit through the strainer grate and get stuck in the dish drain, so eventually the whole dishwasher would dump the water and flood the kitchen.
Comgitmeh
And straight to the NLRB it goes.
Comgitmeh
I Must have missed that part in the comments I agree with you, just hard to prove after being let go unless you get your former coworkers to confirm it as well.
Comgitmeh
That’s true, but I would hope that people that work and get tips are aware of that though. They didn’t specify why that’s all the got for their tips.
Comgitmeh
Guessing minimum wage where you are isn’t the same as federal minimum wage? I would hope not at least.
Comgitmeh
As long as you get paid enough the menu pricing isn’t your problem hah.
Comgitmeh
Well now we can’t, so… What’s coming out of that vent.
Comgitmeh
Depending on where this is there isn’t really much you can do. A lot of places don’t have to share/split tips at all. So they could have just given them nothing. I’m also not completely sure but in the US there is nothing that entitles someone to shared cash tips, if that was what they gave you for credit card tips it should have been added to the paycheck.
Comgitmeh
Why is that $200? That’s like $18 an order, that seems like absurd pricing.
Comgitmeh
Well shit does have a different flavor profile in all cultures based on diet.
Comgitmeh
Wouldn’t even consider that out of line. Life happens, and I would have done the same thing without any second guessing. If someone called me with something like that happening I would tell them to keep me informed on how the pup was doing not when they were coming into work. I hope the lil pup is doing well and recovers soon. Fuck that person and I hope you find an even better job when the time comes.
Comgitmeh
Always loved them.
Comgitmeh
You better fucking put those back right now!
Comgitmeh
No thanks
Comgitmeh
Could be that, could be weight, could be the height of foot arches, lots of different factors I’ve just never had good luck with Docs.
Comgitmeh
I’m not even a father but my sneezes have always been loud and violent… Maybe someone’s keeping something from me.
Comgitmeh
Truly a living nightmare.
Comgitmeh
Fair warning though I have had many different doc martens including these and their clogs, kept them clean and treated. The soles have a tendency to crack quickly if your in and out of walk in fridge or freezer and are having to crouch down a lot during your shift. Every pair I’ve had starts to crack in about 6 months.
Comgitmeh
Take pictures and file a case with NLRB for a hostile work environment lol.
Comgitmeh
Just play the Over-Cooked video game with people who don’t work in kitchens.
Iron huh?
