Hell, I'm only 27 and I wasn't allowed to snack between meals. We got fast food probably once a month or less. Of course I grew up on a farm in backwoods WVa where everything was about 40 years behind.

As someone who just lived for a month with no cell phone, in my car, no air conditioning, Florida, I made it 1000 miles to my parents house...I'll never take a bed, air conditioning, and Internet for granted EVER again. Maybe fat is the byproduct of technology, but I'll never go a day in my life again without the glorious technology of a/c.

So annoying when this happens. "Oh you used a 7 year old picture back when you were blonde, took care of yourself, and now you also have a 6 year old child?"

My friends and I used to do this when we were kids, he would be in the dining room and I in the kitchen. So the distance was a bit further. We did it because it was fun of course but also it would cool the pancakes off just a tad bit so they were nice and ready to eat. My parents eventually caught us and became irrationally angry over it all.

Don't feel bad. These days kids have tannerite. A good 10lbs of tannerite will blow a car clean in half. Far more powerful than any M80 of the 1970s.

Yeah unfortunately PayPal won't come through until next Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm supposed to be leaving today, still hoping someone will be able to come through with Square. It's the same amount of money either way, Square has lesser fees though.

*Impossible to do without a pile of money and living in poverty most of your life.

Fuck I couldn't even get my friends to be on video, they were all too afraid of being embarrassed.

That's a heck of a nice kitty.

On the contrary, full retard isn't rare at all.

Used to be the same way with the "never getting a smartphone in this lifetime" thing. Until I actually got one. Can never go back.

Which welfare program hands out cash?

I'm fairly liberal and I would be against women participating in the draft.

Fucking hate when kids run between the swings. Was 13, swinging at the park trying to swing high enough for the chains to be perfectly horizontal. Coming back down some child being ignored by his parents ran behind me as I was coming down. SMACK I slammed right into him, then again when I came back forward. His parents raised absolute hell with me, trying to get me to tell them where I live so they could tell my parents I "kicked" their kid. I ran away.

Damn it, trying to come up with 2 bucks.

This post did make me want to go grab Taco Bell. Wish I had a few bucks now.

Can 2nd this, I'm a man...do not want kids. Almost every guy I graduated high school with has kids now though, not a single one of them was planned. Being completely honest, they announce that stuff on Facebook in these sort of obscure ways. "Looks like we've got a little surprise on the way ;D"

Not to lessen OP's grandfathers achievements, but you and the rest of us simply haven't had the opportunity to kill Nazis and save Jews. Given the chance, any one of use could be just as tough.

Yes, definitely. Especially in a small aircraft like this one. In the video it appears they crashed falling straight down. Witnesses report it being in a left banking spin. The news article mentioned possible wake turbulence from nearby airliners also on their approaches. Wake turbulence is worst when an aircraft is landing. Slow, with a high angle of attack. If the small aircraft pilot flew into that wake turbulence, then this would be the result. It's also possible he accidentally put the aircraft into a spin and couldn't recover. Either from panic, or not enough altitude. Also there were 3 people onboard the aircraft. Weight distribution could have been a factor as well.

It's safer for the motorcyclist to lanesplit in dead stop traffic jams than it is to stay stationary. People get rearended all the time in traffic jams, which is deadly on a bike. Also, many bikes cannot sit for long periods of time on a hot day like that, they will overheat. As long as car drivers don't purposefully try to cut off a lanesplitting motorcyclist, or open their door to intentionally injure a motorcyclist, then it's perfectly safe relatively speaking.
