I don’t think I would buy one again. I loved my car but that’s it . It’s like an ex that did me dirty .

Around 80% of the amount financed if they take the car back
Or the same 80% minus the price u sold it = the pay u the difference only

From what I know . You had to finance with Chase

Insurance paid whatever it was worth and I paid the rest to pay off the loan

Real offer . I total lost it . My insurance paid whatever it was worth at the time and I paid the rest off . They are offering the diff from what I financed with them minus the insurance pay out

Any day in court is a 50/50 chance . They can win , you can win . Even HB recommends the settlement . And not the fight .

They are almost done . You will get the email from HB soon . I had lost hope but then hope came back in the form of a settlement

Got the email . Chase will settle for x amount or you can take it to arbitration . I think I get how it works now . If you sold , if you still have the car if you crashed it …..
