This! Interviewing isn’t mind reading, especially if it’s virtual. Maybe she thought she was helping him out—that as a man, HE couldn’t handle being vulnerable, so she jumped in to save him from having to answer. The fact that she doesn’t even remember it tells you that she wasn’t focused on his emotions or whether SHE could handle them. He’s making huge assumptions here, and carrying an equally large grudge. Insight is not his strength.

Never ends. It’s been funny watching my adult kids hit similar (ish) moments. Like when I mentioned that a friend’s son was getting married, and my daughter said, “But he’s so little!” Um, you met him when he was about 6 and you were 9. And that was almost 20 years ago.

This. Changing underwear regularly is going to make a bigger difference than even showering a lot.
