Armed Robbers wearing masks (I believe it was multiple) tried to steal a car from P2. Police got there before they left and blocked the exit ramp. Robbers rammed the police car like madmen all the way onto Portland, could have easily killed someone on the sidewalk . Apparently guns were drawn and robbers surrendered. No shots. In custody. Was like 7 police cars at one point
